The venue is absolutely stunning, the service is quite slow. Their menu options aren't the best and the taste was not very well after all. The drinks were alright but they did take over 25 mins to be served. After the food order was placed, no one came to check on us, our waitress disappeared and we had to chase down whichever worker we saw. The price/service ratio is not worth it.

The server was incredibly rude. It felt like she was rushing us the whole time asking if we wanted the check before we were done eating. The restaurant obviously had instagrammable places as they have ring lights and the server kept looking at us like she was annoyed. Also we were a party of 3 and I asked for extra spoons for two desserts. She gave us one spoon and one fork...it was extremely odd.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary with our daughter and son and his wife at Bloom Botanical Bistro for brunch. Good food and drink; nice value, excellent, attentive service. Beautiful ambience.

Overall, it was a great experience! We reserved a large dinner birthday party with ease. Upon arrival, the staff was attentive and happy to receive us. We were comfortably seated in the center of the restaurant, the food was delicious, the drinks were so tasty, and the ambiance was spot on! We had multiple dishes and not one disappointed! Once the dinner portion was done, they swiftly transitioned into a dance party with a live DJ playing Salsa and Bachata music. I'm happy to have tried them and will definitely be back.

Came here for bottomless brunch recently. If it’s super busy just keep ordering your drinks two at a time to ensure you are receiving your full two hours worth of drinks! Our waitress was friendly and attentive. Food and vibes were great.Super cute photo opportunities.I would come back for sure!

It has stars for service and the actual decor. The food is not good. Not even a little bit. It’s extremely overpriced. I see what they’re trying to do, but they miss the mark. I might go back to have a cocktail at the bar but that’s about it.

This place was so cute. I came here for brunch and the service was good. The drinks were cute and tasted pretty good. I recommend trying the hibiscus margarita. The ambience is cute along with the decorations made it feel very Instagram worthy of pictures. The food was good, I had what they called on the menu poached browns, which is basically eggs Benedict but with pulled pork. Overall really nice place!

Overall I'll give this place 2/5 stars. Came here for Brunch on a rainy Sunday afternoon with my gf. We really wanted to like Bloom, but unfortunately left here very disappointed. Here are the positives of this restaurant: The decor of this restaurant is nice. The cocktails are unique and taste good. But the positives could not overcome the negatives. We ordered our cocktails and food. I ordered the "Filet Mignon" from the Brunch menu and my gf ordered the "Bloom Burger" off the regular menu. The cocktails came out quickly, but we spent the next 40 or so mins waiting for our food. Our waitress was not attentive to us. Our cocktails were finished while we waited so long. Eventually we started to see people who came much later than us getting their food. We were finally able to get our server's attention to let her know our food has not arrived yet. She goes into the kitchen and our food comes out a minute later. Both of our orders were cold, and it seemed our food was just sitting in the kitchen just as we figured. We asked if they could re-heat it. They bring it back to the kitchen and our waitress asked if we wanted to order more drinks while we wait. She didn't offer to comp the drinks so we declined. But the manager (or owner) came to us and apologized and let us know that the food will be out shortly.Waited some time longer and the food comes back out. It seemed like they remade it, so that was nice of them. But unfortunately the food was just a tiny portion and tasted bland. My Filet Mignon was split into 2 2oz pieces of steak, each placed on top of half of an English muffin, topped with bacon and a poached egg. There was hash browns on the side, that was not crispy and practically flavorless. A little seasoning couldn't hurt. Also, $24 for just this is just not worth it.My gf also thought her burger was bland. And the fries on the side were okay but not great.Eventually we finished up and left. The check came to be around $85 (pre-tip) for the 2 drinks and 2 food orders. Pricey, but it would be fine if the experience was good but it was not.We left and decided to stop by at the Italian bakery a few doors down because we were not full nor satisfied with our meal.Overall, this place did not give us a good experience, especially for its price point.

My friends and I went here a few nights about and we had a bad service experience. We were sat by the bar but no one ever came to take our order until we were able to get the hostess’s attention 20 minutes into sitting. She took down our order but you could tell she wasn’t used to doing it. The food took a while to come and then once again no one came to check on us and we even struggled to try to flag someone down for the bill. One waiter walked right past us as we called for him.The food was also very mediocre, nothing was tasty besides the calamari and we all tried different things. There was a live band playing and I guess that was fine but a little too loud to have dinner conversation.

Vegan options are clearly marked and delicious. Smart casual experience. We were there when live music was playing, which was lovely. We’ll definitely be back!

The menu is highly creative and the food was delicious, very nicely prepared and presented (eventually, service was very slooooow), but I object to this place using the words "vegetarian", "botanical" and "bistro" to describe their vibe. I found it to be a very dark, pubby place furnished in black, with two places on the wall lined with artificial flowers. I really expected a beautiful sunlit, "green", plant filled atmosphere based on the description and boy did I get the opposite. Anyway the place was packed to the gills, so they've found their patrons I guess.

Patricia was amazing! The food, service and vibes were immaculate. My best friend and I had a great brunch catching up and eating our little hearts out. I loved the Mexian breakfast hash subbed with vegan chorizo and my bestie got the BEC on a croissant. We loved our food and the drinks were perfectly strong. We will absolutely be back!Vegetarian options: There are a lot of vegetarian selections and they're happy to make replacements with vegan options

Wow . This place is incredible. Beautiful decor with flowers and very open space. The food was incredible with many options for vegans. I had the veg Mac and cheese and vegan pesto noodles and the pot pie vegan. It was a 10 out of 10
