I ordered the Pho Signature and found it quite satisfying, although a tad salty for my taste. I also ordered the fried pork spring rolls separately, which were delicious and added a nice balance to the meal.

$14 pho lunch special, +$2 for spicy. Overall enjoyable! A fairly good bowl. Broth + lime + spicy was enjoyable. The spicy level is fairly low--doesn't really affect flavor but adds a light kick when you drink a spoon of broth. Management offered to make it more spicy if it wasn't enough which was appreciated. It does have a slight additive effect though so I opted not to. They're not giving you a ton of bean sprouts but the bean sprouts you are getting are washed and look to be of good quality. I feel like this applies to the bowl overall--fairly good quality but not overwhelming. I left satisfied but not full.

This place previously was a sushi restaurant and is now a Pho restaurant operated by Korean owners. In case you don't know, Koreans are really good at cooking low and slow broths and reducing it for flavors. They're really good at making white pork bone soup. So switching to beef to make clean and clear beef broth is probably doable. The broth has NO MSG which is hard to find for Pho.The accutrements for your pho include, bean sprouts, some basil leaves, cilantro, and a lime wedge. What I love is the pickled red onions. They're ever so lightly pickled and sweet. When eaten with the Pho, it accompanies the flavors. The fried pork rolls are one of the best we've had. They're not traditionally Vietnamese ones, but they taste better. Less greasy overall and lots of filling. The dipping sauce also isn't the typical fish sauce, but a vinegar sugar based sauce. It's refreshing tasteful. There isn't much to the decor of the restaurant, it's an open simple and clean space. The owners are very nice and offer us hot tea on cold days and refills on the pho accutrements. We've been here twice on chilly Friday evenings and always hits the spot. Prices are slightly higher but I don't mind it for the freshness. The quantity is also a good size, I've never been able to finish all my noodles. Our favorite is the torched fatty beef pho. Torching the beef adds a different flavor dimension. It reminds me of bone marrow. If you've been to Pho Che, this place is similar but larger and cleaner tasting beef broth. Same prices but a smaller menu.

I ordered the signature pho. It's very far from traditional pho. The broth is not traditional pho broth which is the most important part. It's ok for a bowl of beef noodles but it's not really pho.

Korean owned Vietnamese restaurant with limited menu. Pho signature is pretty good. It has no msg per owner. Fried spring roll is good too.

Korean owned pho restaurant. Can't speak to authenticity but compared to other Korean and Chinese owned Viet restaurants, this one is solid. Portions were huge, my husband and I couldn't finish our bowls. There was a little wait for the fried spring rolls but the waiter told us it's because they're made to order. The waiter was attentive and you could tell he's proud of the dishes he was serving. We've been here twice so far and we're definitely going back when we have our next pho craving.

The service was good, the lady was nice, but the food really taste bad, need to seriously improve broth, meat, and noodle quality, especially for the price, 100% not worth it

Impressive korean-viet pho taste. Perfect size portion. A bit less on beef but well filling. Very basic atmosphere setting and small menu. No coffee available, bummer. Summer roll are not quite there and its peanut sauce.
Parking: Local residential street parking.
