Sat us at 9.15, told us when we sat that we could put in a drink order at last call, studiously ignored us for 15 minutes, and then refused to serve us because it was after last call (at 9.30, despite posted closing at 10). The hostess was kind and apologetic, at least.

Sat at the bar for 8 minutes no one said hi. No one took my order. No one even offered me a glass of water. Really strange since they had two people stationed at the bar and four others who stood in front of me to refill glasses. Food looks great but I guess they don’t need the business.

Worst bar service ever. Girls just hanging out on their phones. Patrons have difficult time getting their attention. Impossible to get your tab when flight is coming up. Not sure why anyone would spend money here

Terrible experience, I was really hungry and in a rush because of my flight. The waitress at the front would not take my order and told me to wait for my server. He was taking forever and I went to the bar to order. Then I was asked to leave my seat because I ordered at the bar. I was out with my computer and working and basically kicked me out of my seat for no good reason. It was very rude and unnecessary. .

We sat down for 35 minutes and the food is still not here. The waiter said let me check for you 3 times but the food was just still not here. I would have talked to the manager and say something but people have flights to catch at the airport so I had to go and the food was so average maybe below average

A nice place to have a bite to eat before a flight. The staff were very friendly, and our waitress, Meagan was lovely. The coffee machine was broken and it’s one of the few times we were falling asleep and could’ve done with a caffeine hit. Instead we had a cuppa tea. We split a “morning burger” and glad we did: it was huge and we were both full after that. We killed another half hour trying to log into JFK free wifi and gave up. Notes: no wheelchair access. Toilets downstairs. Kid friendly.

The food was ok, nothing special (I had the JD burger), however the waiter was rude. I gave a small tip and then the waiter grabbed the card machine and walked off without saying anything. Typically, waiters should thank customers for receiving a tip, no matter the size of the tip.
