Went there one evening at 8:30. The guy told me they're already closed although they should be open till 9:00 pm. Don't go there late otherwise you'll be disappointed ?

Regular chicken and fries. Save your money for a regular chicken spot. Bob white sauce is a sweeter honey mustard. People who overrate spots like these honestly never ate real food.

Meh. Online reviews and posts suggested that Bob White had the best fried chicken/tenders in NYC. I'd say it was okay, but by no means amazing, and definitely expensive. The breading had a little kick which was nice, and the sauces were great, but the chicken tasted of rancid/old/smoked oil.
Furthermore, I swear I read online that they offered lots of sides like collared greens and mac and cheese, and I swear I saw none of that here. I'm pretty sure my only options here were basic, like coleslaw and fries. Lastly, instead of 8 tenders I received well over 8 pieces of meat, but it consisted of lots of tiny fryer scraps.
The food hall in which this location sits is pretty, and the associates were friendly, but the food definitely wasn't worth the hype in my opinion.

Stopped by today to order a chicken Caesar wrap. Megan (not sure if I spelled it right) was very funny and personable. She told me she would “make my wrap with love” and it tasted awesome. Will probably visit the other location when I want some mac and cheese but this location was good as well. Nice filling lunch before I went back to work.
The chicken sandwiches are great! The fries used to be just OK but they changed them and they are much better now. The service is awesome, the people who work there are super nice.

All I have to say is “AMAZING” the food is super fresh and delicious. The staff are always super friendly. They are always on time with the food, you do not have to wait on long lines some other places. I come here almost every other day due to the fact that I work right upstairs in the NYP building. You will not regret it. You need to try the TENDER DOGS ! (so good)The manager Ivan is super nice and he always takes care of me. Go try the food today ! It’s located in THE JACX building also cute scenery.

I ordered the big tender box with side of French fries which includes 2 signature sauce, and I chose Bleu Cheese and BobWhite. But I did not received either the Bleu Cheese nor BobWhite sauce I asked for. Instead, they gave me ketchup.It’s a shame because BobWhite is only good for their sauces because their chicken is dry.

I ordered fries and two big tender boxes (one buffalo one regular). Fries were very good, especially with the bobwhite sauce. The buffalo tenders were very flavorful, but the regular tenders were okay. I was disappointed with the size of the tenders, very small and didn’t look like the pictures on DoorDash. Probably would not order from here again.
