This is the pics of my order with the soy garlic mixed, 2 boxes. As you can see the drums are perfectly sauced and the wings are only sauced in certain areas if not sauced at all. When I called they insisted to me that this is how they come and I have to ask for extra sauce. Ridiculous, I order these at least twice a month and they have NEVER come like this. How is that the drums are perfectly sauced without me requesting extra sauce and the wings look like this!?! The rationale is do ridiculous I cannot in good conscience support them again. So disappointed!

I received old over fried wings and burnt pork in the bao bun. The pork was barely there. Disappointing to say in the least. The wings weren’t Korean fried style. Seems like they ordered plain wings from another spot, fried it over and gave it to me.

I think they recently changed their recipe or something I ordered a wing combo and to say it did not meet past standards would be a understatement the chicken was not crispy and just kinda dry and on top of that kinda bland. Hope they change it back.

Chicken is hard and dry…they probably reheat leftover chicken from the day before. Wings are smaller than before and the soy garlic is now super salty AVOID!!!

I ordered through Uber eats and Bon Chon was advertising buy 1 pot stickers, get one free. However when my order came I did not get the free order and when I called they was rude and told me to complain to Uber..Not good business 😒

The veggie pot stickers are nice and crunchy I wish I ordered more. And the chicken is very delicious. The cashier was very helpful and made you feel very welcome . If you never had Bonchon you must try it.
