By far the most disgusting Boston market I have ever ate! I ordered Mac & cheese chicken and potato’s the Mac & cheese taste like water no flavor & every other Mac and cheese I get from Boston market is the best the potatoes taste old. Chicken was super dry. This place needs to be shut down immediately.

One of the Boston Markets that should be closed permanently! Menu boards unviewable, Options limited, tried to tell us we couldn't have three three piece meals with TWELVE CHICKENS ON ROTISSERIE?! Weren't even using Boston Markets logo serviceware (Serving dishes and utensils). Cornbread was over baked! First and last time visiting this location!

The food is just not good here. The Mac and cheese is flavorless. The meatloaf is pathetic. They always never have most of the sides. This place needs to be closed. Never again.
Who is making the food at the Boston Market on Jamaica Ave in Queens horrible , Let's start with there was no drinks because the beverage machine was out of order I ordered 2 larges sides and it came up to $15.00 the Mac and cheese tasted like nothing where was the cheese?? Seriously where was the cheese I also ordered the mash potatoes with gravy without the gravy again it tasted like nothing mash potatoes tasted watered down I don't even want to give 1star HORRRIBBBBLLLLEEEE !!!

I placed an ordered through Doordash. I ordered a family meal. The meatloaf was completely burnt with no sauce and the cornbread was ice cold. I had to add sauce to the meatloaf to try and make it edible and placed the cornbread in the oven

Called in an order. I didn't receive my full order. I called Grub hub they couldn't reach the Boston market on 165-02 In Jamaica either. I have reference number everything. I still have not received my refund. It's been two weeks and still nothing. I called them finally reached someone at the Boston market they told me to hold on. It's been 30 minutes.They didn't come back to to phone
