I used to go there often in the past few years, but it seems that the owner has changed.
The food is not as good as before, and the boss is not pleasant. Like to put hats on others, 88

Ordered steamed dumplings. Very good, and plump. Friendly server.

The preserved egg and lean meat porridge is a bit dry, and the pan-fried pot stickers are okay. This is my first time trying this restaurant, and I don’t dare to judge others’ quality.

I had terrible belly ache after eating here, the food is made with unfresh grocery and taste weird and is not safe to eat.

My stomach hurt after eating for several days. The dishes were all made with stale ingredients and tasted strange. There was no food safety at all.

I had been going here for 5-6 years. After the owners changed, the food has become trash. I came back after a year, hoping things started to change, but everything was so greasy and salty, especially the fried buns. Portions sizes decreased and costs increased (the lunch boxes used to be 5 dollars each). One time when I came in, the crates with ingredients were stored on the floor where flys were on them. At this point, just go somewhere else...

Point: The food is not fresh!
I went there once after I changed the boss, but the price went up and got worse. I bought a box of four vegetables and one soup, two meats, one green vegetable, fried tofu, and one fried cabbage. It seemed like the boss was very generous and gave a lot, but the fried buns Vegetables account for more than 80% of the total dishes, and only two small pieces of each kind of meat? ! I almost didn't see the fried tofu, it seemed like it was brought in the box when adding the cabbage, as if I didn't order it...and the meat and meat were leftovers from the past few days...not even the day before, one day is not enough Let a piece of meat wrapped in orange-red sauce be dyed black from the inside out together with the sauce...and the inside of the meat piece is dry and hard, like broken jerky. It is estimated that the meat will become bacon in a few days. Are you planning to sell bacon in the future?

It used to be very good. Don’t know why it wasn’t like before. Food is cheap, not delicious and not even fresh. Feels like every food is leftovers. Even tea eggs and coffee taste really bad. Sorry! I’m just be honest with my experience. I hope they fix the problem and make it better again.

Shanghai people are not very adaptable to the name change. It is originally Shanghai style, and it does have Shanghai flavor. It tastes like home. After all, the boss is also a Shanghainese. I don’t know why Shanghai cuisine’s four dishes and one soup were directly renamed Wenzhou Restaurant. . Now back to dine in. Five years ago, food cost five yuan, but now it has risen to eight yuan. It’s not easy for everyone.

I've been here three times since the boss changed. . It tastes terrible every time! I thought the original store had really good taste. Would it be unstable if the new owner took over? ? I actually came here to eat 3 times! It tastes terrible every time! ! Was this new boss a sugar cane in his previous life? Add a bunch of sugar to everything and everything will be sweet! Is your family's main business a diabetes clinic? ? The four dishes and one soup are all sweet, and the breakfast is also sweet, even the preserved egg and lean meat porridge is sweet! Does your family know how to cook? ? ? I am from Wenzhou, and you open a restaurant called Wenzhou Restaurant. Are you from Wenzhou? Where are you from in Wenzhou? Do you put sugar in all the food you cook at home? I've only heard of red-green color blindness. Is it an ancestral tradition in your family that you don't distinguish between sweet and salty? If the cooking tastes bad, please change your name! What if you call it a Japanese restaurant? Don't embarrass your own people, okay? ? I was really pissed off and laughed. . .

I don’t know how long they have kept the soy milk in the refrigerator. Seem like they have been longer than a week. The soy milk I bought today wasn’t even liquid anymore. It look like paste. And it smell and taste super sour. This used to be one of the place I always to get breakfast. Since they change the store name(maybe the owner) the food quality went straight down.
To the store owner: Please check your food expiration date!!!

The environment is average, but the taste and price of the four dishes and one soup are among the best in the United States. I feel that the boss is doing charity, and I hope everyone will support a small shop like this.

Super nice staff!!! Food is great, for $8 you choose rice/noodles with 4 other items.
