The chicken bowls are $14, and it might have been the worst chicken bowl I ever had. The soy chicken was EXTREMELY salty and there was only about 8 pieces of popcorn chicken in it and a huge amount of white rice. Not worth it at all.

I order myself vegetarian dumplings in which they also mixed chicken dumplings. I requested strictly vegetarian option as due to my religious beliefs I don’t eat animal products or meat. When I called them to confront it the guy who picked up the phone said this is what was offered in the option you ordered off and disconnected the call when I was talking and trying to confront him. I would not recommend this place to anyone as they don’t care about people religious beliefs.

There is a gentleman there by the name of Geovanni. He is a wonderful addition to the Queens mini Mall location. He made my food with love and enthusiasm, asked me if I found the food okay, suggested to me new options I could try for the next time I visited, and invited me back. This Brooklyn Dumpling spot is on point y tried several things on their menu including the pork and cabbage dumplings, waffle fries chicken wings and ended up ordering more. Geo was a great host making sure we had everything we needed. Great service and we will definitely be back.

Food is alright, nothing mind blowing but the customer service is the worst. I don’t know if he still works there but he had displayed great rudeness towards customers. I have personally witnessed it. A woman was having trouble ordering on the touchscreen. The cashier working there insulted her and muttered under his breath about how old people are stupid and don’t know how to read. I was several feet away and the fact that he was loud enough for me to hear is appalling. I find his actions absolutely inexcusable and I am planning to never come back again.
