We live down the street and finally decided to try this place out. We wanted to start with a classic pie- Margherita - because generally, if a place gets the basics right, it means the rest will be good. The order was ready within 15 minutes and we were really pleased by how delicious and fresh the pie was! Really fresh basil, good sauce, and a very yummy crust.
We’re spoiled in Astoria with a lot of great places to eat, and I’m glad we can add a solid pizza spot...

Small eating area. Service was very friendly. He offered me to take the two pizza and one drink special which is very economical but I wanted a a Snapple so that didn't qualify for the special.
I got a beef patty too but that's not pictured.
Everything was very delicious. I'd come back.

Trying out a new pizza spot.
Looks good.
Slice is foldable. I like that. Has a good crust. Thin as it traditionally should be. Nice golden brown color. Well balanced amount of cheese. Sauce is tangy and generic tasting.
Plus for fast service and east street access.
