Lentil Soup was sour. Yellow rice was bad. Meat was hard like a rock. I guess they have new owners because they raise the prices and the food is very bad. I recommend pollo real on grand avenue. Terrible they don’t even deserve one star.

Live in the neighborhood. Had many excellent oxtails before. Wanted to give this place a try. They are always closed. Finally today they are open. Total $29 for small containers, oxtail is $19 and banana is $9. The taste is very salty, not fresh, and overseasoned to cover up. I will not be back, is not worth it, more like a rip off. Very disappointed.

Friendly staff, and the food is delicious. The atmosphere is nothing special but the food tastes like I’m eating at a Dominican household.

One of the worst places to eat around here. It’s a sad excuse of a Latin experience. Prices are different on the menu than what is rang up. The cashier/ cook was rude when questioned about the different price. He said that the restaurant does charity if we needed. A ridiculous experience. The food looks dry and unappetizing
Terrible customer service from the man at the counter. My senior mother and aunt asked him a simple question about prices and he responded rudely with sarcasm. It immediately put them off and they left the store without wanting to buy anything. They said the chicken at the buffet looked dry anyways.
The food is good along with the service
For the price and the hospitality. I give them 5.

When they first opened food was horrible a year or so decided to give them a second chance I was impressed with the variety and the change of flavors and taste for their food
The food was OK even been there a few times. But it was so very very slow. They do the take out orders before the people in the restaurant's order. We left after 45min when they said it was another 15-20min for our order. We just ordered two sandwiches and the place was almost empty.
I always order a breakfast sandwich and they take care of me here ☺️
Ordered pork shoulder with rice and beans the rice was old and cold and the mean was all fat worse ever never again

The most under-rated cuisine in the city and probably in the top five, imho!! Dominican!!
