Horrible customer service. Rude employees. Inconsistent quality of food. Had to drive back to the restaurant after arriving home multiple times because my order was messed up in some way or another.

There days their food is delicious but some days it tastes average. They are a bit inconsistent with quality. However, they are usually kind and get my order correct.

I’m at work 330 community drive Manhasset I just ordered a meal it’s said about an hour no delivery showed up $16.5 I kept on calling no one picked up this is not fair my delivery supposed to come around 11 tonight and I’m doing double I need my food

Placed an order for pickup on their app (Which says you can place an order for takeout with minimum contact) I arrive at the store to find the doors locked and that they're only serving via drive-thru, no way to pick up my order that I paid for, and they wouldn't unlock the door to assist me. I understand not allowing customers to sit down and eat (The tables were all appropriately sectioned off) but not being able to pickup an order that was already placed and allowed to be paid for is just insane.

On April 6, 2020 one of the workers put her finger in a cup to get something out of it. She then filled the drink and gave the cup to another customer like nothing. This was with the same glove she handles money with and touches other things with.

This BK is not one of the better ones. It's cold outside. It's only a little warmer inside. The food is ok. I would recommend the BK in Douglaston mall.

This place, for being a Burger King, is horrible. They constantly mess up orders and it's almost like the staff can hardly speak english. It took them about 10 minutes to even place my order, not to mention the additional 15 minutes it took me to receive my order-and this was when I was the only customer. I would not reccomend going here as this area has an abundance food places that have a better quality of service and actually stay true to the "quick bite".
