Waited 15 mins for child meal and double whopper and everybody whom order after got their order . Then the whopper still had pink inside one bite I took didn’t eat the rest and now I’m sick. Yes the Spanish lady I told her they don’t care.

It feels weird to rate a Burger King but I just noticed today how fresh the food was. I stopped here to kill the hunger and my sausage croissant-wich tasted brand new and it was hot. I just felt they should be acknowledged for that. The world is so negative. I truly enjoyed my breakfast

Waited 10 minutes to order with noone taking my order and no one in front of me. Then waited 45 minutes for a simple small order. I asked after 30 minutes whwre my order was and just got a dirty look and he walked away. Extremely rude, and unacceptable. On top of all of this this place is very dirty! This place is garbage! Go to the one on Queens Bvld instead even with the extra travel time you will still get your food quicker.
Terrible service, I lasted almost 30 minutes waiting for two hamburgers for a child, and although I told the girl that my daughter was desperate in the car since she is autistic and does not like to wait for long periods, she only told me that they were not even ready She took the time to ask about my order, I was number 84 and they were almost on number 100 and she didn't care at all, she was so angry because I couldn't cancel my order because my daughter wouldn't understand it and the crisis would have been worse

Service here is so slow, there’s only 4 people working every time I get food here, with long lines, only one person is doing cashiers and giving food out 2 people doing sandwiches and 1 person just doing whatever. There is no smoothness in service at all, always have to wait at the counter with a bunch of other people trying to get their food.
