Terrible service, I lasted almost 30 minutes waiting for two hamburgers for a child, and although I told the girl that my daughter was desperate in the car since she is autistic and does not like to wait for long periods, she only told me that they were not even ready She took the time to ask about my order, I was number 84 and they were almost on number 100 and she didn't care at all, she was so angry because I couldn't cancel my order because my daughter wouldn't understand it and the crisis would have been worse

Service here is so slow, there’s only 4 people working every time I get food here, with long lines, only one person is doing cashiers and giving food out 2 people doing sandwiches and 1 person just doing whatever. There is no smoothness in service at all, always have to wait at the counter with a bunch of other people trying to get their food.

Excellent service, hot food, everyone is attentive and fast, the place is very cozy (I always visit the place in the afternoons and the girls who are there on Tuesday nights are very attentive , they are always smiling and that makes me feel welcome Just a suggestion, it's been 2 weeks without air conditioning, it's very hot in the store.

Was not crowded and I saw my number on a bag and wait 5-8 minutes before I got their attention to hand me my order with cold burger and warm fish burger. As I was in a rush I didn’t bother to ask for new order. Girls were talking with each other and the poor guy taking orders was busy. Service can be improved by paying attention to orders that are ready

I got there at 10.20am under the assumption that breakfast finished at 11am as per the website, I was told I could have breakfast meats but no croissants, biscuits or Eggs, when I questioned the time I was told it was changed to 10.30am, they were not able to accommodate me at all and it was apparent when one employee asked the other girl she was not willing to make the breakfast sandwiches, terrible customer service

2 weeks ago I was there around 5 pm and there was a sign that said closed from 4:40 pm to 8:30 pm. Last week the same sign was there. Any time I go here there is always something going on there. Most of the time it's due to teenagers taking up all the seats so paying customers have to go somewhere else. The last time I tried telling a worker they didn't do anything
