I visited Burger King on a Sunday morning. The restaurant was not busy—just myself and one other customer in line. When I was about to order, the staff member at the counter looked past us to her coworker about seven feet away and started serving him first. While she was helping him, it felt like we were completely ignored. I’ve been to this location before and have usually been satisfied with the service, but this time the staff member seemed unsure of her responsibilities. I hope the team can improve their attention to customers in the future.

Lovely Burger King location. Staff is always kind and helpful. I keep coming back due to the welcoming and clean environment. I have only had one unpleasant experience with an unclean bathroom. Overall, I would recommend this place. There can be a wait if you're ordering through a service, but I have experienced no delays when ordering in person. Staff is attentive and accommodating when you're ordering in person. There's also an in-store kiosk ordering option if you don't want to speak with employees.

My first time eating here and also my last! I got severe food poisoning after eating a whopper here, was sick for over 2 days. I regret not eating at the bayside location as usual but I was local.
My nephew accidentally left his phone at this burger king. When I called 10min after leaving, i was speaking to the manager and asked her if she found a phone but she hung up on me. I called again and she tells me that she just got in and was not willing to help. I called 30 min later and she still gives the same excuse that she just got in. I'm pretty sure that one of the workers took the phone because we had sent someone to pick up the phone not too long from when we left. That's why the manager was not willing to help.

Ordered family bundle with onion rings. The chicken tenders comes with 2 dipping sauces, the onion rings come with 2 zesty dipping sauces. I also paid for an xtra buffalo sauce. Door dash was quick, bag was sealed but once again this Flushing Burger king failed to include any dipping sauces at all. Meal was hot but ruined with no dipping sauces. Explain this to your employees or get robots to bag orders.
