Always full seats .. unknown elderly Asian people with only coffee or nothing to eat just taking spaces for a while … customer service sucks . Attitude face just for asking for a second bbq sauce .. even homeless people sitting without dining … I have been to this location a few times during the day and still the same .. shame I live a few blocks from here and will have to find another location to eat .

Omg it was worst burger king I ever had , I was so hungry and I couldn't eat it. My stomach still bothers me after this garbage I eat. I HAD ONLY FEW BITES AND IT WAS ENOUGH TO KNOW THE FOOD WASN'T FRESH!!! It feels like they never changed the oil to cook French fries and meat tested awful...If you guys don't wanna die after having a meal don't order anything here.

At 16.00 9/27/2025 I originally had a very good impression of this restaurant, but today I encountered a Hispanic employee who discriminated against me. When I picked up the food, he said thank you to me. My family was sick today and I was in a bad mood, so I didn't respond to him. He directly said no thanks to me in a discriminatory tone. I was very angry. I didn't expect this to happen in a large chain restaurant. It was very surprising and shocking. This is not the Burger King I knew before.

i just ordered 2 cheeseburger with fries and dude gave me one and i asked for ketchup and he gave me ketchup pack covered in some brown liquid ewww never coming back here again

I visited Burger King on a Sunday morning. The restaurant was not busy—just myself and one other customer in line. When I was about to order, the staff member at the counter looked past us to her coworker about seven feet away and started serving him first. While she was helping him, it felt like we were completely ignored. I’ve been to this location before and have usually been satisfied with the service, but this time the staff member seemed unsure of her responsibilities. I hope the team can improve their attention to customers in the future.
