Cabo Mexican Grill & Bar

Hate to judge but first impressions are everything and this place was not it. I thought I would be getting something similar to Cabo RVC but boy was I wrong. First off they barely had any liquor but they had TONS of empty bottles decorating the establishment. I’m not the biggest drinker but the drinks were hella weak, tasting more like the margarita and sour mixes than actual alcohol. We had to ask for an additional shot (who knows what they gave us) that did absolutely nothing. The service was very bad, beyond bad actually, the waiter was not attentive and forgot to put in items we ordered. The food ordered didn’t match the description in the menu, for example I got the Mexican burger where the menu clearly states comes with avocado but the waiter tried to argue and say it didn’t. Everything basically came out burnt or overcooked. The pictures should showcase that. I can’t believe an establishment would carry themselves like this. Never again.

didn't even tell everyone they got shut down... we had reservations that we made through the website & when we got there they said they were closed! they could have called to tell us they were closed & not serving people. or take the reservations off the website.

Great Vibe and Ambiance. Good food and the waitress Stephanie was very attentive checking on us making sure we was OK. She gets 5 STARS!! Definitely going back!

This review is specifically geared toward the phenomenal service we experienced; EMELY WITH AN E! The server was so professional charismatic and on top of all her tables, she really made our evening special. Thank you again for such genuine service emely!

GROSS!! Saw guys with no gloves cooking. Touching face then food. Grossssss

The customer service was deplorable. It was Cinco de Mayo, so of course there was a larger than usual crowd. It was pouring rain & there were 20+ patrons were waiting patiently in the rain for their reservation to be called. After 10 minutes I asked security if a manager was available because our reservation was at 7 & it was now 7:25. The security person rudely told me there were “NO AVAILABLE TABLES!” & walked away. So, I asked a server to have the manager come over. The manager was aloof & rude when I asked were they honoring reservations? He said, there were no available tables & they overbooked reservations & walked away. We left & went down the block to K' Pacho where the food & service was excellent! I will NEVER return to Cabo. I wish I could give it ZERO stars & I suggest Open Table disassociate with them as well. As they do not utilize your service properly. Absolute horrible experience.

I came here on Taco Tuesday with my friends and the service was amazing. They are definitely COVID protected and secured. We had amazing service from waitress named Stephanie. She was soooo accommodating. I can't wait to come back!!!

Experience was horrible. Arrived at the restaurant at 7 pm in which we made reservations for. They had indoor and outdoor dining and sat us outside. I came with my husband and my son (3 years old). They didn’t ask for reservation information and sat us at a table for two. About 20 minutes in no server approached our table to ask us for drinks orders or anything. Around 730 the server finally took our order. We ordered a lemonade for my son and two margaritas for us. Around 750 still no drinks or food. I called over the server to our table, she looked away and told another server to come to our table. I immediately went inside and asked for the manager. The server was arguing with me about poor service she gave us. The manager asked me what the problem was (he barely understood English) and said he would take care of the problem. Our food and drinks came out about 15 minutes after that. Once we got the bill the manager only took off gratuity which was about 15 bucks. Horrible experience. I don’t recommend simply for the service. The food is ok and not worth the wait. The staff are rude and unprofessional.

Cabo is honestly an amazing atmosphere; food is definitely fresh and very good. Portion size is amazing and you definitely get more than you would expect for the price. The waitress and staff are very welcoming and ensure you are well taken care of. The music is also amazing. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone; hidden gem!

if your looking for a place to kick back and relax, Cabo is the place. We had a great time celebrating our birthdays this past weekend. Drinks were lit! Food was ok but the vibes were awesome.

The place seems pretty good kind of new to it gentleman says he's been there year he's the owner I believe seems like a very nice young man SEPTA plan on going back a few more time there is limited parking in the lot but there is also on the street

Exceptional and flavorful food, I loved the atmosphere this place has, and the cashiers were nice. Will definitely visit here when I’m around.

Best food, friendly employees, consistently fantastic ambience. They charge convenient rates and the food quality is good. Keep up the good work.

Misleading advertising. They tell you to enter by yourself and sit down u need a table with bottle service when the place is closing in an hour with not much ppl at the tables outdoor. Inside in understandable due to ppl limit indoors however outdoor bottle requirement makes no sense. Eventually got a table in the cold outdoor drinks and hookah but it took a while service was very slow
