No bathrooms ,they raised the price of the lunch special even tho tbeir chicken is dry and don't give free to go containers(I've never had to pay extra for containers). Never returning again

A place that transports you to Colombia, I love the decoration, a place that looks clean and impeccable, I love the desserts in this place

Food is good ! Service is the worst I’ve seen. I guess if you want to work there you just need to be as rude as possible. They want to charge the air you breathe there. Never seen a manager either.

Worst bakery ever!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!

I am a paying customer and I asked to use the restroom and they flat out refused.

I purchased a slice of cake to share with my sister and we ended up eating half. We asked the cashier to pack the other half to go and they charged us 50 cents.

For them to charge us money to pack up our own food that we payed for is beyond ridiculous. I will never come back and will make sure my friends and family is aware of this disgusting bakery.

I was a frequent customer of this place because I thought the food was delicious but there were always problems for many things. I gave it many opportunities but I don't think I'm going back.

1. I once asked for the bathroom because I needed it urgently and they didn't allow me to enter.
2. They charge for everything, if you need a box to pack your food, a plastic cup, ice, etc.
3.The plastic box costs 50 cents, I paid this in coins and they told me that they did not receive coins. At that time I didn't have any more money, only coins. I couldn't pack my food because she didn't receive the coins.
4. I asked if I could charge my cell phone and they said no.
5. I witnessed on some occasions how people arrived with their pets and were not allowed, they were told that they should take them out of the establishment. The same thing happened when a man arrived with his scooter, they took him out because he couldn't get into it.

And not to mention the poor service of some of them, rude and so on, it is incredible that these things happen and they do not realize that good customer service is essential.

I wanted to buy a Colombian cake and when I got home I saw that these people are just making Korean cakes which are just a cream with dried fruits. Don’t fool people !!

Place is beautiful, me and my mom’s first time visiting here and everything was awful. The slice of cake that was already half eaten by us, realized there’s MOLD. I went to the counter to let the employees know, they only said “sorry” no other words and let us be, so I had to ask for a different one. She made me wait to finish few ppl that was on the line trying to order, and when I asked if she can get my replacement cake.. she gave me an attitude, looked at me with two big eye balls and told me to “wait”. And at the end I wanted to bring my other left over cakes home, asked for a Togo box, they asked me to pay 50 cent they won’t give it to me if I don’t pay for it. 50 cent is obviously affordable lol but that’s not the point, after all the bad experiences and still wanted us to pay for a Togo box ? Those employees shouldn’t be working at hospitality. I own a restaurant in California and I would hate to hear customers had bad experience in my business, so I hope this review can help to lighten things up for the future.

I visited the place and after taking my coffe and oatmeal with some pastries to the car, I decide to get 2 cubes of ice for my oatmeal.
When i ask the lady in the counter she said the boss don't allow to give any ice, the I need to paid $ 2.00 for ice. I was shock . I insist was only 2 cubes and she said the the boss monitor the camera, I feel so embarrassed the I said I paid for the ice. Then the other girl said was only 1 dollar .
The point here is, prices are made just at last minute, and she said if paying with card was more.
According to the law is no difference when you paid with card, can be a minimum to charge but no price change.
I just said we shouldn't be overcharge and business need to be clear .
Other wise is gouging and unfair.

Excellent service! Usually, I go there to have lunch and the the food is really good! And affordable as well! I've been to many Colombian cafeterias and the food was like meh! But this is not the case, the food is like home, I'm Colombian BTW // excellent servicio! Usualmente voy allí y la comida es deliciosa y accesible.
