Well, sorry, I don't like to complain, but I ordered bad green enchiladas. The tortilla wasn't fried. It seems like they just soaked it on top. Bad flavorless sauce.

After an expensive, overpriced and under-portioned upscale meal that left us still hungry, we stopped by here and gorged on insanely delicious Suadero and Al Pastor tacos. Maybe it's because I was still hungry, or maybe it's because three tacos were $11, but it felt like the best taco I'd had in ages.
No photos because I went Tasmanian Devil on my food before intelligent thought could enter.

I arrived at the bakery around 9am. The tamales were good, average (verde and mole) however the concha was very very stale which came to me as a surprise because we got there early. The shop wasn’t empty but it wasn’t packed either. The people weren’t loud at all and the music was at a good volume.

Food is great and what not
But the service is there is disgusting, cashier/waiters are so rude and always messing up your orders, even when you correct them they start throwing so much attitude at you.

I legitimately thing this is the biggest hidden gem in Astoria. I haven’t had better Mexican food than this place in all of NYC. Every single thing here is phenomenal. Also one of the few places in NYC that has actual good tamales!

The food is very delicious, everything in general, but there is a lady, I don't know what her name is, but she is a genius or maybe she is like that, but she transmits her bad temper to me.

Simple casual dining. Food was soooo good. People are friendly. Pretty affordable.
Vegetarian options: Squash blossoms, mushrooms and cactus are the vegetarian options that you can put on any dish.

Not all tacos are made equally, but the ones I had here were hands down some of the best I’ve ever eaten in the city! Everything was fresh, even the tortillas! Which leads me to believe that they are handmade in house. I love this place.
