I’ve been coming to capt loui for years!!! I recently moved to NY a year ago and was so happy there was a location located near me! However this location is awful! I came in tonight with my daughter the restaurant was empty but we still had to wait for food. They sent out the noodles before the meal which resulted in the noodles getting cold. Before I ordered I explained that the sauce was very oily and tasteless last time and asked that they please be mindful of the oil. Tonight there was no oils and a bunch of salt in 6 months pregnant I cannot consume all that salt when I pointed this out to the server the only resolution she offered was to take the food away! A night that was supposed to be a date night for my daughter resulted in me sitting and watching my daughter eat! Beyond disappointed with the recent quality and lack of customer service capt loui in For Lee will always be top tier! They rank surpreme and food quality and customer service I’m so upset I’m writing this review while I’m still sitting at the restaurant! I DONT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION

First of all the service was great ..the girl that served us was so nice an respectful...made us feel like family...we give them full 20% tip...the food was a little pricy but it was outstanding...but for the quality of the food an service that made you feel like family it was worth every penny. Also, the first time we evey been to a restaurant and they packed our own food to go

this place has the best seafood i had in queens. the customer service was great. they food came out fast and it was amazing. i’ll definitely be coming back to get another snow crableg boil. Alpha was taking our order and made sure we had everything we needed

I loved the Jambalaya soup! Next time I will order a bowl instead of a cup. I liked their lobster rolls and my boyfriend has the oysters every time. The fish pieces in the fish and chips were thicc. The servers are really friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The drinks are tasty too. ;)

The service was great, they were very attentive. We brought in a toddler and they brought her crayons and a cup that wouldn’t spill if she were to throw it down. The atmosphere was nice and calming too with great music and nice lights and decorations. The food was great and not badly priced.
