A quick walk from the main entrance to York College on Guy Brewere Boulevard, Carthage Halal, aka the "Gyro" Guy provides a great bargain for lunch, dinner or just a snack.Regular (lamb) or chicken gyros on pita with lettuce and "White Sauce" or served over rice. Typically $4-$5, with 12 oz cans of soda for $1. I always say "Hi" when I walk by and I always tip $1.
