I’ve never had a problem purchasing a sundae dasher with ice cream at this carvel and the girl that was there tonight said who ever was selling it to me before was probably doing it wrong. First of all I don’t know what was her problem or if she just didn’t want to work because it clearly says on the screen (soft or ice cream) and when I mention it she said only if it was the mint she could do it but they didn’t have mint. Get your staff in shape because they clearly have an attitude and don’t know how to serve clients.

Visited 8/19 (before 8/21). Terrible service. First, they were not even opened when they were supposed to be. Then, I go in to get my birthday ice cream, which the email coupon is sent to me. Nowhere does it say it has to be claimed on one's birthday. The guy even read it and saw it still did not say anything like that. He still refused. Screenshot of coupon is attached. If the guy is ever there, don't bother going on your birth month. I'm done with this ice cream franchise. Now it is no better than the one on Union Tpk.

This store carvel staff, I think he is either the owner or owner’s family, gave me a melted soft swerve ice cream and declined to change. I reluctantly paid. The weather is not even warm right now. The melted ice cream melted even more and soon became watery within a few minute when we came out.

I ordered a customized 10 in birthday cake and instead they gave me an 8 in cake. When they handed to me, it was in a 10 in cake box but it looked small. So I went to their fridge and compare my cake to their 8in and 10in and apparently it was an 8 in cake. I told the female staff that it was a wrong cake. A male staff came out and I showed him the cake. He started raising his voice on me basically saying do you still want the cake. I said to him this is not the right customer service and stopped raising your voice at me when I didn’t even raise my voice. I almost cried because the cake was for my kid and the party was to start in 10 min. I didn’t have a choice except taking the cake and they refunded $10 diff back. The fact that I wasn’t the one who made the mistake but I got yelled at by the staff. No apologies or anything from them at all, so it’s just you take it or we’ll refund it back to you.

Not very helpful/ not properly trainedI called twice today to order a birthday cake for my brother. I wanted to get it customized similar to a chess board or a car. The first time I called was 2pm, the worker said customizing was going to be more expensive which I am okay with but when I asked how much more expensive she said that she didn’t know. She asked if I could call back between 5-6pm today cuz I can get the answer then.Fast forward 5:10pm I called back again, once again the worker wasn’t sure and said she’ll call her boss. She then asked if I can call back tomorrow morning. My brother’s birthday is coming up soon and I don’t know if I would trust this place to get the cake ready in time if this is their current system in place for taking orders.
