06/04/25 I have been a long time customer of this Carvel. This location is under new management and that extends to quality control. I ordered pistachio soft serve and it tasted sour! The color was a faint green almost blue; I had to throw it away. In addition, the prices increased on all sizes by $2. It’s unfortunate my family lost a local staple :(

Experience was acknowledged, noted, and rectified. The manager and staff explained it was a problem with their soft service machine at the end of the day, and lack of oversight. The store gifted my family and I a redo of our original purchase—with a complimentary extra. The staff truly cares about the quality of their products and customer satisfaction. Excellent customer service. The Ice cream today was of the same quality it always is.
In Flushing, food and quick service businesses have garnered a reputation of not caring about their quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction. Thankfully we were proven incorrect with this location :) Once again, Flushing Carvel is the best in Northeast Queens ;) Despite new management, ice cream flavor and consistency remains top notch! The refurbished store is great as well! Price increase is justified by the quality and new variety of products, and increase in staff (Yes, we are Carvel connoisseurs, ha ha!)

Terrible Experience at Carvel – Never Again!
I tried eating at Carvel with my family twice, and both times were a complete disaster. The first time, we waited 20 minutes, and among four of us, we couldn’t even get a single ice cream nobody bothered to serve us!
The second time, a homeless person came in, the store reeked horribly, and instead of hurrying to help us, the staff spent all their time with the person who smelled awful and promised to “pay another day.” We were completely ignored.
Absolutely unacceptable! I’ll never step foot in this place again

Super sweet older gentleman, but all workers were patient. One of the better tasting Carvels around! The soft serve at some of the other Carvels I've tried are a bit oily/greasy and leave a bit of a filmy texture on the tongue.

Placed an order through door dash. Received the incorrect order that included a product containing peanut butter. My son is deathly allergic. When I called to complain, and let them know to be more care and mindful of what they are packing, I can’t get through to anyone over the phone.
