Wanted some ice cream at night I knew this carvel is open late so I went to get some ice cream. Online it says they close at 10:30 pm as I'm one block away it's 9:43 pm and I see people coming from the direction of the carvel with ice cream. As I go towards the carvel the lights are off. I read the store hours on the outside of the carvel it says ot closes at 11pm. The worker said we are closing early today. Apparently she decided to close the store an hour and 15 minutes because she felt like it. Ruined my whole night just wanted some ice cream.

Demi held it down at this Carvel location with superb service. She was the only staff there that day where there was 7+ customers and still went well and beyond for me when I was pre-ordering a birthday cake. The boss over the phone was also very kind with going through the ordering process and Demi made sure we get everything accurate and helped tailored what flavors, layers, size, designs, and so forth that was recommended. Demi made it super seamless and made sure I was satisfied with my order. Medium square cake $32~ with edible image print out $4 with free writing and custom crunch toppings as well as border designs was such a great deal here.

I am so thankful for the workers, especially the one I confused when requesting a birthday cake TT I'm so sorry about that!! They have great customer service, and will help you fix whatever mistake you accidentally make! Definitely recommend this location!! (Very tasty too, so you should give it a try!)

Only giving 2 stars because the staff were nice and helpful but the ice cream itself was awful. Tried samples of most of the flavors and they tasted so artificial and chemically. The fake colors are a give away of what to expect. You’d much rather go to baskin robbins because at least there it qualifies as basic ice cream. Being someone that has enjoyed the classic ice cream cake, I had much higher expectations.

So excited there’s a carvel in college point!! The staff are super friendly and accommodating,the store is absolutely spotless and you can just tell the store is managed and worked with pride. The weekly specials are also awesome and there’s coupons as well in the ValPak monthly mailer. I highly recommend going here, College Point Carvel will definitely be here for a long time
