A Brazilian Pizzeria was the interesting enough concept for me to visit this place earlier in the afternoon. Your eyes do have to be alert because the place doesn't exactly stand out and it looks narrow on the outside so if you're not actively looking for it, you will easily bypass it. Despite it's outside look, the place has a lot of length and solid enough seating space for 30 people tops.
The service was fairly decent, not exceedingly outstanding but not bare minimum either. I'd say it's fairly decent.
What I got for lunch was a chicken slice w/ white sauce and a chicken wrap which took it's sweet time finding itself on my table though when I got the wrap, it was worth the wait, it was pretty good. Kinda wish they didn't serve my slice early for it was a bit on the lukewarm side when the wrap came.
All in all, while my experience was not perfect, it was decent so I'd give it a recommendation. Some things take more time to prepare than others.

I used to love coming here for a peaceful meal and some wine, but the atmosphere has been ruined.
Loud children playing behind the counter or sprinting around the restaurant, workers screaming over the counter at their friends who hang out here, workers sitting down next to you to watch loud YouTube videos or having obnoxious phone calls on speaker phone.
Solid food, but definitely not somewhere you want to sit down for a meal.

A 4% charge for credit card use, plus a 20% fee (tip) for table service. No way!
Let me start by saying I loved the service and atmosphere. I was greeted at the counter and after making my order, was told I could have a seat and the pizza would be brought to me.
I really appreciated that type of service.
Two regular pizza slices were good. The Sicilian slice I ordered was a bit bland. Cheesy and fresh but it seemed to lack something to make the taste really pop. It honestly just tasted like cheese and bread and little sauce.
Overall, I really liked this restaurant and would come back again.

I’ve gone to Casa Theodoro for years now! It’s so conveniently in my neighborhood and it’s the best place ever! From the people especially Tiago & Oscar & all the chefs, and front staff, and overall vibes are AMAZING! You feel so welcomed and taken care of. Their food is also amazing! Their menu is incredible and delicious but I love their buffalo slice the most and their Nutella pies! Please do yourself a favor and come on by at Casa Theodoro! You will love it!
Also! They have brunch and specials and tacos on Sundays! So incredible! Thank you Casa Theodoro for being absolutely the best in Queens!

My wife and I came to Casa Theodoro this evening for the Pizza Rodizio and were very pleased. The Brazilian Pizza reminded us of the kinds of pizza's we used to have eat in Brazil. The service was great, with Thomas and Thiago both being extremely attentive. Thiago was asked to wait a little bit and not serve us one of the pizzas and he remembered to bring them back right as we had mentioned, in a few minutes. Thomas was so attentive to give us extra plates for the pizza edges we did not eat and replaced our utensils without us needing to ask. They also allow people to bring in wine from the liquor store next door which we thought was fantatic even though we just chose to have the Brazilian soft drink, Guaraná. The Pizza never stopped coming, with variety and frequency. Thomas and Thiago were also very on point in making sure they brought whatever flavor we desired right away.
The best Brazilian pizza. The dough is perfect and well filled…. The service is very good.

Thiago is the best waiter! Their pizzas have a thin crust, always plenty of choices, and happy hour! We love our pizzeria!

It’s wonderful to have a Brazilian flavor in NY. 10 ⭐️
Be aware this place started automatically adding 20% tip to your bill with no warning or indication that they will do it. The first time it happened I didn't even realize they took $11+ bucks from us until we already paid. The waiter never said they were going to do it and the service was bad anyway so I can't image why they thought they could. Our waiter never came back after bringing the food and actually told us to shout for him if we needed something while he disappeared..
We were so mad that we avoided coming back for about a month, but alas, their buffalo wings are really good so today we went back knowing we better look at our check for shadiness, and sure enough, it was there even though the supervisor(?) also never mentioned the gratuity thievery. So this time I went up to the front and asked why he's adding unannounced gratuity to my bill? I bussed my own table when we finished so all he did was run my food out, but I guess this place thinks that's worth $10 bucks.
He explained to me that he doesn't tell people about the forced gratuity because a lot of people don't tip.. Are you kidding me? That gives you the right to attempt to trick people into giving you 20%? He justified it by saying "well if I saw you were going into your wallet to tip me I wouldn't have let you." I said, but you never told us you were tipping yourself on our bill. He said "but I would have if you tried to tip me again."
I explained to him that to add things on to people's bill and never tell them is actually called Stealing. He made up some other excuses about how he takes it off if people notice and ask him to. Great. So if I happen to notice that you have your hand in my wallet you'll stop if I ask? How.. honest of you?
We've been coming here with friends for years, even before this management team was here. Not anymore. I cought you stealing from me twice. I'll never give you a third chance.
