When I inquired about Apple Pay, he abruptly yelled, “Cash, cash, cash, cash only!” It would have been much better if he had politely informed me. The customer service was not just lacking, it was outright negative. I made the effort to go from Stony Brook only to find out they only accept cash, and then I was treated disrespectfully. Thank you for ruining my day! Tasty food alone isn't enough to retain customers.
Been meaning to try this truck for a while and finally did after taking a good long walk on Hillside Ave. I tried their chicken chapli wrap and it did not disappoint. For $9, it's a huge wrap: chicken chapli (ground minced spiced chicken kebab) on a thin wrap, loaded with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, pickled onions and cabbage, french fries and white sauce. Service was great and the young guy was able to let me know the size of the wrap etc. I will definitely come back to try the rice platter and their kicker sauce.

Absolutely adore this place. Maybe my favorite cart in the whole city. Yeah it’s a little pricier, and the portions have gotten a bit smler, but still fine by me. The food is delectable, and no one else does it quite like these guys. The hand/cut fries, fresh salad, and variety of sauces have me coming here anytime I’m back home on the Island.
