Cheers Restaurant and Ultra Lounge offers a beautifully designed ambiance with delicious food, especially lamb chops and oxtails. The customer service is good, with great music and drinks such as a highly praised coconut rum punch. The atmosphere is cozy, relaxing, and sophisticated, making it a nice spot for an enjoyable experience. Visitors often find the music dope and the environment very welcoming. However, some customers have experienced long waits for their food and the check, and the food portions can be small for the price. There were also issues with understaffing, leading to delays in service. The food can be hit or miss; while some dishes like oxtail with pasta and roasted chicken are excellent, others, such as chicken and waffles, are not as good, with some noting the waffles taste very cheap.
