ChickNDrip (Nashville Hot Chicken )

We ordered the loaded fries (medium-hot) and the slider and tender and side (French fries) combo (mild). The chicken was unbearably hot for both the loaded fries and the chickens slider/tender orders. I am normally able to tolerate spice, and there was no way the spice level of the slider/tender was mild; it was extremely spicy. Likely, the orders are lazily prepared with the same spice level for all, not taking into consideration the requested spice levels.
The wait time for our order was 25-30 minutes.
The transaction fees they charged for credit cards are remarkably high; it seemed they were charging around 10 percent extra on it although I ended up paying cash. To their credit they discounted my meal since their credit card machine wasn't working (they agreed to accept whatever cash I had).

This place was so YUMMY! The chicken was thick and juicy. I got the medium spice level and felt it was perfect. I have a high spice tolerance and may go for the medium hot next time. I got the 2 sliders with a side of Mac n cheese. The Mac n cheese is just velvetta but it’s yummy comfort food.

2 sliders, Cajun fries, and came with 2 sauces and my son full for the day.
The meal is big,chicken juicy,fries so good the sauce really delicious… I tried one fries with it! Great fast food place!!

Bro, I am huge fan of food and especially when it comes to halal fast food I have been all over NYC even in Long Island Area. I’ve tried my best to taste every last one and looked for a competition for this place’s Chicken and Sauce. Guess what, still haven’t found it. The chicken that you get in this place is so tender and insanely flavorful even better than Dave’s and don’t even ask me about the sauce. There is literally no fast food restaurant in the world that have the Sauce as good as them. Of course their menu selection is still pretty small but that’s only because they don’t really get consistent customer so go check their food out so that they can improve.

This place was the most dirtiest restaurant I have ever stepped my foot into the atmosphere was so dirty and hygienic and clean. I had to walk out. I took a good look at the kitchen and was shook how dirty it was. There was so much slime or whatever it was all over the walls. The working area seemed dirty, and the people were using their bare hands to cook my chicken on top of that the sitting area to enjoy your food was also dirty and unkept would not recommend coming here. The reviews are a huge throw off.

We were craving some hot chicken so we decided to stop by chickndrip. We realized that this used to be “Off the Bone.” The interior looks as though it is still under construction—almost unfinished. The benches are not comfortable to eat in because they are clunky and cannot be moved around to sit closer to the table. These are minor issues but we went ahead and ordered the combo “2 sliders n side.” We wanted hot and extra hot, and were told that it will be an extra dollar for choosing two different heat levels. This was a bit unusual as we go to Dave’s Hot Chicken all the time and it doesn’t matter what level you choose—the price stays the same. Moreover, the menu does not specify an extra charge for different spice levels. Anyway, we ended up getting two “hot” sandwiches. They were so spicy that we were sweating. It was definitely hotter than Dave’s “extra hot.” I’m not sure how they assess the spice level because it was definitely not on par with “hot.” Moreover, I realized afterwards that we were charged 13.99 for the “2 sliders n side” which is advertised as 12.99 on the menu. We got the same heat level so there shouldn’t have been an extra dollar charge. It’s also interesting to me that the 2 sliders n side is a combo, which is usually supposed to be a better deal than purchasing items individually, but it is two cents MORE EXPENSIVE than just getting two sliders with a side (as individual items instead of a combo). Each slider is $4.99 and each side is $2.99 so you would get two sliders and a side for $12.97 as opposed to the combo which offers the same food for $12.99, but actually charged us $13.99 for. They also charged us a 6% transaction fee. I have seen restaurants charge up to 4%, which is still pushing it, but these people are charging SIX PERCENT which means they are profiting off the transaction fee! They don’t even have a sign up to state that they will charge 6% on credit cards. All in all, do not recommend this place with their nickel and dime tactics ?

The food was good but not amazing, and surprisingly, the place was empty even at dinner time. The front lounge table was so wobbly it kept sliding away, but we managed to eat there anyway!

Such delicious food. Slider buns are real soft and the tenders are so juicy and a flaming taste hit you every time you bite it. Must try the tenders and their signature loaded fries. Staffs are friendly.

Food was okie I ordered loaded fries. But the place wasn’t clean enough n there was some kind of unpleasant smell in the restaurant. Not coming back.

Place is filthy dirty. Not sanitary! After ordering I decided that I wanted a refund. The order was not even completed yet. Cashier had to call the manager. They said no refunds but the food was not cooked yet??? This all happened after 5 minutes after ordering. Won’t be back! Rip off!
