Overhyped by influencer in my opinion, even though was really excited to try this. I got the crawfish sandwich and a combo meal (spicy fried chicken sandwich, fries, 2 wings and the passionfruit sparkling drink).
The crawfish sandwich was overpowered by the grilled chicken (the bun is filled with chicken and crawfish placed on top) and the bun was too thick compared to the filling.
Spicy chicken sandwich was the best thing, it was juicy and spicy but for ~7 and the wait I would be just as okay buying a Popeyes for $5. (Note: spicy is much spicier than a Popeyes spicy, as someone with low spice tolerance I could eat it but was sweating. I noticed the customer in front of me got a warning about the spice and I did not)
Sparkling passionfruit drink was good but definitely not bubbly as I was expecting it to be.
Fries were well seasoned. Chicken wings are just 2 small flats, deboned they would have been 1 bite to eat.
It was busy, but not worth my time getting again. If you're getting other food, order here and any other food will still probably be done before your order.

I got the crawfish chicken curry spaghetti which I saw on a tiktok video. I didn't have the wait because I did doordash pick up and the order was already waiting for me when I got there. I 10/10 recommend. I usually can't do curry or heat so I usually avoid it, but it wasn't too spicy the mango sparkling Water helped with the spiciness though. (I gor the combo) there was many people near that tiny establishment.

The instagram deal is the best, the woman by the cashier understands english and helped me get $5 e certificate/reward program using apple wallet. The chicken sandwich is the best, their lemonade is super sour and tart, their actual fried chicken and mashed potato are pretty mid. But for the price of the deal $10.83 and how quick the service, Chickrocks is gets a five-star!

I had to leave early from work because of I began vomiting after eating their food. I had gotten the deluxe combo and after I had finished it, around 20 mins later I was in the bathroom throwing it all up. Look, the food was alright and it's flushing, things are about to happen especially when you eat around this area, however, I truly do not feel well and I know it's because of their food.

this spot is located inside new world mall in flushing and they have such great deals!! they have combo deals for $9.95. their fried chicken is so crispy and juicy. their menu has a huge selection whether you want fried chicken, a burger, a wrap, spaghetti, they got you!! their milk tea is also really delicious and it’s only $4.95 for a large. definitely will be back!

It was brought to my attention there was a fried chicken spot among the other stalls but I do not ever remember seeing it. When you get off the escalator, you make a diagonal line toward the left corner of the dining area. Whenever I am at the food court, I am usually on the other side most likely getting some bubble tea so that is the reason why I probably never noticed it.I had arrived somewhat early to avoid the crowd and race to save a table space but there is always a good amount of people eating at this food court. And now I am reminded of why I seldom eat there recently. This place is good for groups and families who can secure a table while others go order the food. If you are going solo, you might be walking around a little til a corner seat opens up. Luckily there was a table being cleaned up near the Chick Rocks.The employees there are very pleasant and polite overall. You use the self order kiosk or give your order to the employee at the register....especially if you are super fluent in Mandarin. I had a bad experience at a more popular chicken chain spot recently so that is always in the back of my mind unfortunately.The menu, as you guessed, is made up different chicken offerings and combinations. It may not be the healthiest option but I am always down for a good cheat meal...especially some delicious, crunchy fried chicken.I asked the manager who was by the register for some recommendations as I was a bit overwhelmed by the menu and I was there dining solo at the. Here is what I ended up ordering....-4 Piece chicken with mashed potato and mac n cheeseThis was a very satisfying combo on its own. The chicken breast and thigh had a nice crispy skin and the meat was tasty. The important thing to remember here is that this is fast food establishment and it is located in a food court....so to get the best enjoyment out of any of their food is to order and eat right there. It was a lot of food for one person so I had to pack some leftovers to go like the spaghetti (which was still good when I reheated it) and a couple of pieces of chicken. French fries need to be eaten fresh ideally and this combo comes with a generous amount.For any establishment that offers the option to go, it should be understood that the food quality will not be the same if it has been sitting in a container or box for a while compared to being eaten when it is served hot and fresh.Writing this review really makes me sad because all that food had disappeared into my stomach and I do not know the next time I will be back at NWM. But if you are by the mall food court Chick Rocks has you covered.Props to the employees and manager who were part of making my visit a good experience along with the delicious chicken.
