It was brought to my attention there was a fried chicken spot among the other stalls but I do not ever remember seeing it. When you get off the escalator, you make a diagonal line toward the left corner of the dining area. Whenever I am at the food court, I am usually on the other side most likely getting some bubble tea so that is the reason why I probably never noticed it.I had arrived somewhat early to avoid the crowd and race to save a table space but there is always a good amount of people eating at this food court. And now I am reminded of why I seldom eat there recently. This place is good for groups and families who can secure a table while others go order the food. If you are going solo, you might be walking around a little til a corner seat opens up. Luckily there was a table being cleaned up near the Chick Rocks.The employees there are very pleasant and polite overall. You use the self order kiosk or give your order to the employee at the register....especially if you are super fluent in Mandarin. I had a bad experience at a more popular chicken chain spot recently so that is always in the back of my mind unfortunately.The menu, as you guessed, is made up different chicken offerings and combinations. It may not be the healthiest option but I am always down for a good cheat meal...especially some delicious, crunchy fried chicken.I asked the manager who was by the register for some recommendations as I was a bit overwhelmed by the menu and I was there dining solo at the. Normally I do not order spicy chicken but their version was pretty good. It did not seem too spicy for me at all. And the fries along with a plethora of their dipping sauces certainly hit the spot.- Chicken wrapThis makes a good snack. It has got a couple of pieces of boneless tender inside along with mayo and lettuce. This is something you would need to eat right away as the wrap gets soggy after a certain amount of time.-Spaghetti comboThis was not part of my original plan for odering at all. But when I saw they had it on the menu, I just knew I wanted to try it. This is not really competing with any other popular food chains that sell spaghetti yet I feel it is good enough to be on the menu at Chick Rocks because sometimes you feel like having some hot spaghetti. It comes with a few pieces of boneless chicken and the sauce they use is tasty.To wash it all down, I saw they had a mango lemonade available and I wanted something different than the usual soda pop.More and more people started ordering after I got my food so that tells me this is a popular spot around here during peak times. The important thing to remember here is that this is fast food establishment and it is located in a food court....so to get the best enjoyment out of any of their food is to order and eat right there. It was a lot of food for one person so I had to pack some leftovers to go like the spaghetti (which was still good when I reheated it) and a couple of pieces of chicken. French fries need to be eaten fresh ideally and this combo comes with a generous amount.For any establishment that offers the option to go, it should be understood that the food quality will not be the same if it has been sitting in a container or box for a while compared to being eaten when it is served hot and fresh.Writing this review really makes me sad because all that food had disappeared into my stomach and I do not know the next time I will be back at NWM. A Jolllibee contender, this joint also offered spaghetti, but my vision was on their signature chicken. They have a kiosk machine, perfect for the indecisive and also with ordering, as my broken Mandarin would not have been able to emulate what I wanted with the cashier. We got their Deluxe Combo for Two, which came with 2 sandwiches, 2 large drinks, fries/mash potatoes, and wings. Their Crispy Chicken Sandwich was the weaker link of the bunch, but it was not to say it was a surprisingly crispy sandwich, a healthier Popeyes with the lettuce substitute. Their Spicy was not spicy at all. For drinks, I got the Passion Fruit Sparkling Water, which I feared would have been watered down tasting, but it was more like a fizzy soda instead! Their Brazilian Lemonade, on the other hand, was a major skip for us. Their fries were standard. What deserves a praise is their wings! Their Spicy Wings were actually spicy, and nicely crispy. Their Grilled Chicken Wings were what blew us away. We got that thinking it was going to be something we can make at home, but no, there's a noticeable difference. There is a Popeyes nearby, but Chick Rocks is a delicious fried chicken option in town that I would personally prefer getting my cravings from again next time.

Busy place but quick service. Got my order within 5 min but I only got spicy chicken with no sides. It was very crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, not greasy or salty to me. This is a new spot in the new world mall. Overall, the chicken is super tasty. The spicy chicken sandwich was spicy and had a lot of flavor. They have great combo deals with a drink, chicken, burger and a side. I recommend the fruit sparkling drink. The service is friendly but prepare to wait more than 5 minutes.

Staff here was kind but the food here wasn't for my boyfriend nor my liking. I found that the cheeseburger I ordered had an excessive amount of sauce on it. I think it would be much better with a lot less of it. The chicken bites were nice and crunchy but the chicken didn't taste very good. Fries were just okay. I probably would have chosen to eat anywhere else, given I wasn't so hungry and overwhelmed with all the choices of food in the area.
