Food wasn’t good at all and way to expensive. If this place use to be great then that’s long behind them. Chicken was bland and greasy. The fried rice was also bland and the meat tasted like it was old and reheated in the microwave. The place also doesn’t look the cleanest but that’s a whole other thing. I’d save my money and get Peruvian chicken from another place

Won't know by the exterior, but one of the best rotisserie chicken and fried rice place in the area.

I love this place. I have been going here for a very long time. The chicken milanesa is always wonderful. However, the service is getting ridiculous. I purchased over 100 dollars worth of food and the lady was being nasty saying that I need to pay for extra sauce when she only gave me 2 little sauces. I am a frequent customer here and I'm very disappointed with this terrible attitude

I work in the area and went often with no issues until I found a roach in the soup I ordered for takeout. Won't be going again unfortunately.

Very stingy with the green sauce even if you buy larger quantities. They also charge if you want onky dark meat. Very dirty, you can tell they dont clean the restaurant well. I wont be coming back. Hopefully they open a peruvian restaurant that is more appealing to everyone.

So, I was craving a really good chicken noodle soup. I’ve done some scrubbing the inter webs about it and I’ve found out this Peruvian place that a bunch of people are raving about, especially for the soup. So went there and it looks old, dingy and desolate diner. I say great, usually these places are awesome for old school fares and Peruvian chicken is usually amazing.I ask the counter lady about the chicken soup and after looking at me like I’ve asked to buy her in exchange for a camel and a bag of rocks. She goes to the kitchen and ask the cook IF they had chicken soup, which after murmuring for a few second among themselves, she informs me they do. I order 2 large soups (26 bucks!!!!) and I wait. And wait. And wait a little more. After 15 minutes I ask if it would take much longer to heat up a couple of cups of soup and she proceed to explain that they were making the soup right now “a la minute”. Now, it’s e been a chef for only 30 years so I can’t really assume to know everything about chicken soups, but this is the very first time that I’ve ever heard that it should be prepared from scratch at every order. So I keep waiting patiently while the cook sends his/her help to the back to fetch a bunch of ingredients. Meanwhile there are other people coming in, ordering and leaving with their food. After 25 minutes I’ve been handled this couple of jugs of steaming soup. I take them home and can’t wait to dig in what surely must be the most delicious soup in the hood.SuspenseIt was the crappiest soup I had since I had as in the navy in italy. Haphazardly chopped semi cooked veggies swimming in a neon colored liquid, which if you ever made broth with the little bouillon cubes you would quickly recognize. Chicken? Nope. But a bunch of limp noodles. Why?If you don’t have chicken soup it’s ok.If you have chicken soup it’s fine too.If you don’t but you sell it anyway, than you get run over by a truck….or something like that said mr Myagi. No bueno.Lo siento.

Having been shopping in neighborhood and looking for a quick fix for dinner I decided to try this establishment. Normally rotisserie chicken is a great and flexible and cost effective meal. WELL, wam bam got my goose cooked here. I should've known better!!! The the place and its food were both unappealing, dry, and tasteless to say the least. I ordered , but got one anemic chicken. The cost was $19.00. Yikes. Ok, maybe worth it. but no way. SHRUNKEN, dry, malnourished and TASTELESS. I had to forage for some chicken noodle soup to use as a pseudo gravy. Even then, I had to take it on the lamb and THROW out the rest. I never waste chicken. I prefer it to steak. FORTUNATELY no food poisoning. Later I got a chance to review their take out menu. it's was just as unappealing . ROTTEN and cheap images. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth and a hole in my wallet. I can't understand how this establishment sustains itself in this good shopping area. This is a one and done. Avoid CHICKEN FESTIVAL / DITMARS BLVD. it's not a festival but a wake. They killed the chicken.
