Amazing. Lumpia was crispy, sisig had good citrus tones... love this for my visit!
This place has amazing Filipino home cooking. You need to eat here.
I order here frequently coz it’s good but I’m very disappointed with my uber order today. I got the tapsilog and it was so dry & hard which doesn’t seem fresh and nicely cooked. On top of that, I didn’t get vinegar sauce on the side, like who tf eats tapsilog without the suka?! I also added a note through my order to include extra suka but ended up having nothing. Hope they fix this. Love this resto btw.
This place reminded me of my mom and her family's cooking. It truly brought me back home, and EVERY DISH was amazing. The guys working were super nice and welcoming, and I'd come back again. It is truly now one of my favorite places to eat here in NY - I highly recommend for everyone, especially those who have not tried Filipino cuisine.
Did the chef change? I have been a loyal customer for years. I ordered today and everything tastes different and portions changed. Not delicious at all and it seems like the chicken was cooked hours ago. Very disappointed.
The BBQ burgers are delicious
The man taking my order was nice and friendly, he gave good suggestions. I ordered the Adobo congee and it hit the spot! My friends ordered the Tocino with fried rice and Inasal grilled chicken. We shared the pork lumpia. The Tocino with fried rice was very flavorful, so much so that I wish they sold the fried rice as a side dish, it was that good! The Inasal
Chicken had a very fragrant smokey taste. The pork lumpia was also very delicious! We were very full and happy with our food! The restaurant has limited seating, not a place for a big party. You have to be patient for your food to be cooked but the taste and wait is worth it. Just don't come starving and you'll be fine.
OMG! What happened 😕 very disappointing. The pancit smells like rotten eggs and it taste horrible is like left over. The pork sinigigang is like leftovers for weeks. Oh no. Very disappointed. I hope his not the only cooks 🙄😳😫😔
First time here and it was good and brought some good memories of how lechon manok tastes like. First:
Ambiance and service: it’s a small place, about 4 tables and a bar like seating on the side. Service was friendly as you would expect eating in a Filipino restaurant. Restaurant was cold, the door didn’t close all the way but we had a portable heater next to us. I think it’s more of a take out joint.
Food: Delicious! Great lechon manok, lomi and tocilog and lumpia Shanghai. The not so good, vegetable lumpia, very oily and the grilled liempo was a let down.. it was bland, tasted off, a little rancid and very fatty.
Had the calamansi juice and ube coconut bar… enjoyed both.
We also ordered lechon manok to go with atchara and kale laing… phenomenal laing! I’ll definitely come back but will not order the grilled liempo again.
FYI, there was no restroom in sight but I asked, there was one all the way to the back of the kitchen which the employee let me use. I think it was just for employees only since you have to go walk through the entire kitchen. It was very nice of her to let me use it.

Seen this spot while passing by on the bus Q29 heading to Atlas park mall.Decided to try it out and glad I did. Had the Longaniza with the rice and fried egg with some pork lumpia on the side. Delicious Filipino comfort food and portions are great also

To my foodie community I found this little hidden Jewel about 2 months ago as I was driving from the Queens center Mall trying to avoid the woodhaven traffic
Ate here 6 times Rotanda Rocks but they are not consistent. My first 4 orders were as if a Filipino grandmother was in her kitchen cooking for me with love. The lechon(fried pork belly )was crispy seasoned with what appeared to be garlic and chives truly memorable. The pork spring rolls were on point. The rice was light and Right. I could not stop ordering their food but like all great things the euphoria came to an end today. I ordered on door dash and my food arrived soggy all fat no meat greasy spring rolls and absolutely no seasoning on the lechon Man!!! was this a let down for a foodster like me.
$53 badly spent and really disappointed
In NYC you can order Chinese food 20 nights in a row and those wings are the same each time
Consistency Wins Michelin Stars guys
Sorry Rotonda we must part ways

We recently ordered catering for our son's birthday party picnic at juniper valley park. Chick N Rotonda had great finger food options. I asked to pick up in the morning when the restaurant would normally be closed and I was easily accomodated. Pick up was stress free.
We ordered the pork and chicken BBQ skewers and a full tray of lumpia shanghai. Both dishes came with sauce. My guests loved it. I was looking forward to leftovers but there were none! Food was a hit.
