Exquisite food and variety, excellent service, the only negative thing is that they require you to pay cash.

It is not the prettiest restaurant I have been to. It is simple but its food is very good and if you eat a lot or go as a family, it is better because the plates are very large. It is the typical Peruvian chifa. If you like Peruvian food, this is the place. I have already been there 3 times and I love the cheap and delicious food. The service is very good. Go with time because sometimes there are no tables and they do not accept reservations. It is based on the time of arrival. The service

Buy an airport takeaway, get home to eat, oh surprise, it smelled burnt, they passed.
I mentioned it to the waiter last Wednesday or Thursday, the service is good but the food is nothing, if someone puts a chifa on the side as very easy competition, this place will disappear... I hope the chifa can improve its quality and continue Go ahead although I see a lot of people who go, perhaps for a specific dish...

The food was disappointing. We ordered the fried calamari and the spicy sizzling beef, but neither lived up to expectations. The calamari lacked seasoning and was chewy, while the beef dish was also flavorless. We had to keep adding green sauce just to make it somewhat palatable. Definitely not returning!

CASH ONLY.
Ambiance (3/5): Expect some no frills for the interior with old furniture and décor. The establishment is family-friendly and not loud. The dishes were dirty with caked on leftover stains and the soda cans (rims around the mouth) were filthy. Definitely use the provided straw!
Service (2/5): There was only one server and one bus boy running the floor. We had to request water cups before they served us. The server was extremely nice and was efficient at the job manning all the tables. It may take some time to get their attention.
Food (3/5): All around the food looked good and smelled great. *super* affordable with huge portions for about $15 on average per plate.
The table Aji Verde (green sauce) was creamy and spicy—an absolutely must condiment to drown your dishes in!!
Aeropuerto “Sam Si” ($14) was a unique dish mix of noodles and rice! The pork was flavored well but chewy. The chicken a bit over salted. Overall, the dish was bland without soy sauce or the special green sauce.
Lomo Saltado ($16): The chunks of beef were slightly sweet and tender. This was my favorite protein of the meal. The sauce was delicious and did not need the green sauce. However, I was not a huge fan of the soggy fries that the dish sat on.
Bistek Encebollada ($18) The slab of steak was grossly overcooked and thus chewy. It was not that flavored either without drowning it in the green sauce. The side salad was laughable which was just some sliced iceburg lettuce.
We also had a scoop of their Lucuma ice cream. The flavors were pronounced but the ice cream itself was a bit iced over.
At the end of the meal, both my boyfriend and I had stomach discomfort!! We were not home on the toilet but definitely pangs of pain throughout the night. Heard previous cases of stomach issues from friends… so be warned!

Appalling. I'm never coming back.
Very good food. I am Ecuadorian and this place is the closest to Ecuadorian chifa. Delicious sautéed noodles and special chaulafan! It's called Combiano Sam Si, something like that on the menu. The delicious wonton!!
The place is kind of dark, they should put more bright lights and fix those bathrooms
