1. This egg is "filled into the cake"...are the eggs really filled in?2. The bread doesn’t seem to be freshly made and tastes like wax, even a little bitter.3. Moreover, the sauce for “filling pancakes” with eggs is also very insufficient. It feels like it's not much different from the authentic stuffed pancakes, which is very disappointing. The stuffing with shredded potatoes is a bit weird, but it tastes ok.

Unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations in terms of taste, portion, efficiency and price. The Guanbing I ordered was not only on the pricier side, but it also lacked flavor, with a bland and oily taste. Furthermore, the portion size was quite small, leaving me feeling unsatisfied. I also waited 20 min for it. I hope that they can address these issues to provide a better dining experience for future patrons.

A little food truck I pass by often in the LIC neighborhood. I had a random craving one day to try this place out, and ended up getting the Classic Kao Leng Mian for $6. Not that I was expecting a full meal, but for some reason, the portions were a lot smaller than I was expecting based on the images. Delicious, but very salty. I would definitely ask them to go lighter on the condiments next time. Also unclear in their menu photo, but this dish has sausage in it so it's definitely not vegetarian in case that was unclear for some. Not bad, not stellar. Wouldn't mind ordering again for a quick appetizer.

Very nice service! The food came out fast and time/waiting wasn’t a problem at all.As for quality, the duck pieces that I got were large and juicy. Definitely worth coming back here again.

Excellent service. Very friendly and fast :) cheap, and delicious. We ordered their signature dishes and were not disappointed. If you are around, definitely give it a try!

Close to queens plaza subway. Small menu, friendly service. Sweet BBQ pork with rice and bok choy is delicious.

I live nearby Jackson park apartment and the food truck is always nearby. For years I've been looking for Guan bing and Kao leng mian, which are egg pancakes and roasted cold noodle. There are several places in New York City that serve either however they are usually not so good or so cheap. I was shook by the quality of their Peking duck Guan bing and Kao Leng Mian, they taste exactly like the ones I get in china. Plus they always come in a white bag and look so clean, which is a plus for food trucks. Their wait time can be a bit long sometimes, but I definitely recommend trying if you have not, or if you've missed Chinese traditional food.

The guan bing, especially the duck, are so delicious. Perfect for a light lunch or a midday snack. The only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because I always end up waiting at least 10-15 minutes after ordering, and that's even when there is only one person ahead of me. I've even waited up to 25 minutes before, which is just really inconvenient. Otherwise I would definitely come to this truck more.
