Cash only and not ATM machine.😒
Horrible horrible horrible. No flavor, chicken was mushy, too much oil and thickener. If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not order from here if you are staying at hotels. It’s absolutely the worst I’ve eaten in my life. Staff didn’t care when I called to complain. Told me their chicken and broccoli is the best and everyone loves it. Hahaha well what about the rest of the food?

The worst tasting Chinese ever. We ordered 3 dishes, hot and sour soup and egg rolls. All of our food was extremely bland. Never have I had any food so flavorless. Even the beef in the Hunan Beef had no flavor. I really do not understand how they make food to be so flavorless. Horrible!
Also, we had it delivered to our hotel and they did not give us napkins.

Food is not so bad as it may seem at first, but it's better to dine in than order delivery, because delivery takes too long and it says on their menu "fast delivery", but when they finally delivered my food, my soda was warm already and I like my soda cold. Beef and broccoli is my favorite dish here. It's not the healthiest option, because beef is fried, but it's healthier than fried chicken wings with fried rice.
Dietary restrictions: Healthiest food in their menu is beef and broccoli, despite the fact that beef is fried too, but broccoli make it healthier dish than other dishes that comes with fried rice

NO, NO , NO! Terrible .THE most HORRIFIC , Nasty Chinese food I have EVER had! Soup was soapy like dishwater with some Dark meat that tried to pass as Chicken .Hunan Chicken ….. ughhhh , again an unidentified meat , and if it was Chicken , must of been a sick one. ???. We had delivered to Residence inn at JFK , as was recommended by front desk ….$35For garbage that went straight to the garbage. Only takes cash , probably for this reason . Criminal !

Visited this location in February which was a short walk/drive from the hotel. Service personnel are friendly and the food was okay. Upon visiting this restaurant you'll find a very extensive menu to delight your palate. I ordered the crab rangoon, shrimp fried rice, and wonton soup. My guest ordered the pepper steak w/onions, and the sweet and sour chicken. Both orders came with generous portions and handed to us after a short wait. The food was okay and worth the wait.
Parking: Parking was a challenge. We ended up parking in a restricted area in from of the restaurant and checked on the rental car frequently.

The worst Chinese food I have eaten for 31 years in this country. I ordered a chicken w black bean sauce and they gave me 2 pieces of chicken and the rest tofu pretending to be chicken meat. I don't recommend this place.

I had my order delivered from this restaurant, which was just a 4-minute drive away from the hotel. However, it took well over 1 hour and 30 minutes for the food to arrive. Despite their brochure claiming fast delivery, this was far from the case. I was disappointed with the significant delay, especially since the delivery person still asked for a tip. Despite this, I tipped them nonetheless. However, upon opening my order, I discovered a strand of hair on my sesame chicken, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, the food itself was not appetizing. The fried rice had pieces of white onion on top that didn't appear to be sautéed, detracting from the overall taste and presentation. I felt like the tip was wasted, considering the poor service and the disappointing quality of the food. Overall, it felt like a waste of both tip and money. It raises the question: why ask for a tip if you do not at least try to meet the standards expected of a service?

Ordered food for delivery with this restaurant while spending a night at an airport hotel. Food was promptly delivered within an hour , nicely packed and piping hot. Highly recommend this restaurant if you are around the JFK airport area.
