The worst Chinese food I have eaten for 31 years in this country. I ordered a chicken w black bean sauce and they gave me 2 pieces of chicken and the rest tofu pretending to be chicken meat. I don't recommend this place.

Visited this location in February which was a short walk/drive from the hotel. Service personnel are friendly and the food was okay. Upon visiting this restaurant you'll find a very extensive menu to delight your palate. I ordered the crab rangoon, shrimp fried rice, and wonton soup. My guest ordered the pepper steak w/onions, and the sweet and sour chicken. Both orders came with generous portions and handed to us after a short wait. The food was okay and worth the wait.Parking: Parking was a challenge. We ended up parking in a restricted area in from of the restaurant and checked on the rental car frequently.

I had my order delivered from this restaurant, which was just a 4-minute drive away from the hotel. However, it took well over 1 hour and 30 minutes for the food to arrive. Despite their brochure claiming fast delivery, this was far from the case. I was disappointed with the significant delay, especially since the delivery person still asked for a tip. Despite this, I tipped them nonetheless. However, upon opening my order, I discovered a strand of hair on my sesame chicken, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, the food itself was not appetizing. The fried rice had pieces of white onion on top that didn't appear to be sautéed, detracting from the overall taste and presentation. I felt like the tip was wasted, considering the poor service and the disappointing quality of the food. Overall, it felt like a waste of both tip and money. It raises the question: why ask for a tip if you do not at least try to meet the standards expected of a service?

Ordered food for delivery with this restaurant while spending a night at an airport hotel. Food was promptly delivered within an hour , nicely packed and piping hot. Highly recommend this restaurant if you are around the JFK airport area.

We ordered Szechuan Chicken & General Tso's. At first bite we both could tell this was the worst Chinese food we have ever had. The egg roll was a little better but still questionable. In hopes to make the most of our time in NYC we needed a quick food option. My husband & I ordered from here because the hotel had the China Inn menu & they delivered to the Comfort Inn where we were staying. Extremely dissatisfied on the quality of the food & money we spent on a meal we could not eat.

Cash only place; ordered fried Momos and Sesame chicken. I would say the taste is around average. The colour and texture of food was great, and we were served hot food, so that's a plus in my books. If you eat it that's the best. Once it's cold it might not be palatable. The ambience was a little gloomy, no music. The place is properly lit though. The view is of the street from the window.

Hard pass, strange smell to the food that I couldn't place. Checked into the Marriot across the street very late and had a 5am flight out of JFK. Not many options at midnight that were open and within walking distance. Should have paid more attention to the previous yelp reviews! Beyond bland. Gave up after 4 bites....

We were in town overnight waiting to go back to Florida, staying at the Courtyard Marriott by the airport. Since we do not have good ethnic food in Florida I was looking forward to great Chinese food. I was more than disappointed. The egg drop/Wonton soup was flavorless. The sesame chicken that I paid extra for white meat was mostly crispy pieces of noodles, no chicken. My husband ordered roast pork egg foo young, he liked his. Disappointed to say the least!

Food absolutely disgusting and flavorless. Not even enough salt used in either ordered dish. Hot and sour soup gross and tasteless and broccoli and eggplant in garlic sauce in a sweet and sour sauce, not a garlic sauce. Only good thing was food delivered hot. But OMG--tried one (ok-two just to make sure it was inedible) bite of each and threw it out. Delivery guy didn't even try to make change, they charged $3 delivery fee as well. I have eaten 'bad Chinese' before but this was an all time new low. If I could have given 0 stars, I would have done so. Cash only business too.

I ordered the steam dumplings and the general Tsu's combo with Pork fried rice. I received a cabbage egg regular fried rice with just onions in it tons of breading with no chicken and a tiny tiny cup of dipping sauce for the steam dumplings which had very small pieces of meat in it, I was very disappointed for spending $23. I recommend picking another place

Ordered from this place on two separate occasions when flights were canceled and we had to make last minute accommodations near JFK. Both times we ordered after midnight and both times the food arrived at the hotel quickly. The delivery driver was very nice. Both orders arrived hot and tasted great. We ordered rangoons, chicken teriyaki, egg drop soup, spring rolls, pork fried rice, and kung po. It was all delicious, both times. Hopefully we don't get stuck near JFK again but if we did I would order from here again.

As with most other reviewers, we are staying at the Fairfield Inn JFK and the woman at the front desk gave us their menu since the hotel (and many other JFK area hotels) did not have a restaurant and the only thing within walking distance in a questionable neighborhood is Burger King. We ordered lunch delivery at 12:20pm. Be sure to ask if the chicken used is chicken parts or chicken breast for each chicken entree. The woman taking the phone order was rude and wanted to know our room number. I told her I would meet the delivery person in the lobby. I ordered the chicken with string beans combo with fried rice and egg roll. She said chicken breast was used for that entree. My husband ordered the chicken and shrimp with broccoli combo and she advised it would be an extra dollar for chicken breast with that entree and we ordered the chicken breast. The food arrived at the hotel in exactly 30 minutes and the delivery man called my cell phone and I met him in the lobby. They don’t tell you when you place the order that it is cash only and a $3 delivery charge added. The food was hot but totally tasteless. There were just a few shrimp with the shrimp and chicken entree. The chicken and green beans was mostly carrots and crunchy tasteless green beans that were not sautéed. There was a small amount of brownish-orange sauce on it that was completely tasteless. I have never seen a sauce that color on Chinese food, even eating a lot of it in China and Southeast Asia. The pork fried rice was only white rice with a few onions in it and it was also tasteless. The egg roll was hot and crispy like it should be (and not mushy like some are served), but it had minimal flavor. We added soy sauce and duck sauce to everything to try to give it flavor but it didn’t help very much. Prices for the combos were in the $11-12 range which is reasonable IF the food was good. We will be staying in this area again several more times this year and will not be ordering from this restaurant again. Big mistake. Order from another place or just do without.
