The worst service ever. Their store is on uber eats for late night deliveries and so i order a couple of things from there, about $50+ worth of food. Their estimated arrival time was around 11:10, we called the first time because it went pass the estimated time, and asked if they were going to call when they got here. The person on the phone asked what my address was and then said its going to come in 25 minutes and that the person would call my number back. it starts getting later and later and we call again and the guy is like whats your address once again and that they were coming, we said okay and waited. It's now 12:50 am and we called once more and he asked again whats the address and the guy just said its coming and hangs up. Customer service was terrible. Will not be ordering again as we did not get our food. These people were 7 minutes away. I could've ordered something else that wouldn't even have taken that long.

I have to be honest I placed my order at 7:35pm. My order was set to be delivered between 8:25 & 8:45pm, which my order was delivered by Duane Lin via Seamless at 8:35 as instructed on the site to be buzzed in. However, due to my lack of attention, I did not hear the buzzer ring. As I went down to retrieve my order, I can admit that I was wrong in my attitude toward Mr. Lin. While my tip was included in my order, Mr. Lin did not deserve any disrespect. I have ordered from this establishment on several occasions and have always been satisfied with the food, and delivery service. I take full responsibility on this occasion, as I do not want this to hinder Mr. Lin's service/business.

The rice is usually a bit raw. The vegetables in the rice are also a bit crunchy. The General Tsao Chicken has a very thick and sweet sauce, I've had this same meal elsewhere and the sauce is not so sweet or thick.

!!! SCAM ALERT!!!! DO NOT EAT AT THIS PLACE!! And if for some reason you have to eat here, dont. And if you cant help it and really have to then do not use your card. They charged my charge my card 3x for one purchase and lied when I asked about it. They wont give me my money back and wont respond to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) in regards to my complaints. The food is mediocre and there are so many other business that wont scam you and will sell you good quality food. Stay away from this place.

Been going here now for several months with my husband when we have a Chinese food craving. The food never misses, and the portions are generous. Tried this place on a whim after our usual spot disappointed us one too many times, and I'm so glad we did. The service is always incredibly excellent over the phone and in person. On the same note, the delivery drivers are always the nicest whenever we're too lazy to walk to pick up our food. The driver is super accommodating about not ringing our doorbell because it upsets our dog, and will call us on request. I can tell the produce they use is really fresh, and I appreciate that when so many places use canned mushrooms. I cannot say enough nice things about this location, I'm very happy it's in my neighborhood.

It is less than acceptable when a business refuses to take responsibility for inadequacy. Not only did they accept the order through Grub Hub, but THEN they allowed their own delivery driver to pick up the order for delivery and place it at a lobby of another building. When I looked up the address, that they wanted me to go and retrieve the order from...guess what...THE LOCATION/ADDRESS DOESN'T EXIST. Considering all that's going on today, let's just add China King on Hillside Ave & 175th St to the recepie of dishonesty and mendacity. I used to get from them pre-pandemic, and the food was edible. * Note to Grub Hub...you're going to lose more than you gain if you keep dealing with businesses like this particular China King, and thank you for the refund especially when this was not your error. I WANT MY STAR BACK! Thank you all for your patience for allowing me to vent. A VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER , TBT

This is my go to Chinese food place in my area. Its one of the best quality at reasonable prices. Other places might be a lil cheaper (by like a few cents to at most 2 bucks) but its just not worth it. This one is better!Vegetarian options: I'm not vegetarian but my mother is and they do offer very tasty options.
