Got a couple cookies during National cookie day. I love that they have new flavors every time I visit. This time we got the blueberry cheesecake, the cookies and cream, peppermint chocolate, and of course, the original chocolate chip. I have yet to have a bad flavor at chip, but I think the cookies and cream still reigns supreme in my book! I've been to a couple locations in the city and although the cookies were warm/fresh, they were a little crispier than how I'm normally used to.

Cookies need to bake a little longer. I ordered twice from this location and they are doughy. Never had this issue at other locations.

I couldn’t be happier having a chip city in my neighborhood! There’s no better cookie spot to go to. The mocha cookie was delicious AND it was even dairy free. Worth going to visit!!

Mmmhmmm delicious cookies! My friends and I come here pretty often to get fulfill our cookie cravings. The cookies have great texture especially when eaten fresh and warm. I love the Nutella Sea Salt, classic Chocolate Chip, Horchata and the Cheese Cake flavors. I think it’s great that they have such a variety of flavors, and they are always introducing or rotating in different flavors. The store is nice and clean and looks inviting. The person at the counter is nice and provides quick service. It is located in a large plaza with tons of parking, very convenient.
The minute I stepped in here, I even said out loud, "This place smells like dreams and diabetes." Both came true after taking one bite of their delicious cookies. Chip City is on the trend of jumbo stuffed cookies, and it's nice to see they have an outpost now at Bay Terrace shopping mall. These delicious treats are definitely shareable, as each one has an advertised for servings, with each serving an average of 200 calories each. On today's visit, I got the following cookies: the hazelnut stuffed with Nutella, the oatmeal cranberry with white chocolate chips, and the pumpkin spice latte filled with dulce de leche. All three were amazing in their own way. Add in the ample parking with the lot outside, the friendly staff, and the ability to earn loyalty points for free treats and swag, and they've made a fan out of me!

My son is a Cookie Monster ? He find every cookie stores in NYC. I promised to him will pick up something next time for him. Of course my daughter was with me so we had a taste of a little bit of everything. I couldn’t even eat anything else it made me full. Our server was a very kind girl she explained all the cookies and flavors.Cookie was fresh and warm just like from grandma kitchen.

If you like your cookies big and sweet then this is the place for you. This location is bright and clean. The people working here are very helpful. The cookies are HUGE. I purchased one of each of the available cookies, strictly for scientific purposes, of course. The cookies available were: Cookies 'N Cream, Dairy-free Cookie Butter, Triple Chocolate, Wild Berry Strudel, Peanut Butter & Jelly, and Chocolate Chip. (Buy five, get one free). No way could I eat these humongous cookies in one setting without falling into a sugar coma. Three of the cookies have a filling in the center - PB&J, Berry and Dairy-free, and the other three are super chunky. I tasted each cookie while they were fresh, and saved the rest to eat later during the week. One cookie will fully satisfy your sweet tooth.The person who got my order said new cookie flavors are introduced weekly. I enjoyed the cookies and I look forward to trying new flavors as they become available.

i wish i could rate this place higher but an employee rubbed me the wrong way.the calories listed on the menu is very deceiving as it is listed “per serving”. one serving is actually 1/4 on a cookie (we had to ask for clarification as the menu doesn’t explain that). when one of girls told us this, another worker shook her head with disapproval and said “we usually just tell them it’s for the whole cookie.” (implying she and other workers lie to customers about the calories)i appreciate the girl for telling us the truth. i knew what i was walking in to and was expecting these to be high in calorie (it’s a freakin cookie store!), but this felt like false advertisement. they’re better off not even mentioning it or, even better, just tell it how it is.
