Chip City had the most wonderful display of cookies in their window. The smell of fresh baked cookies immediately drew me in and I wasn't disappointed there were so many different flavors. I settled on just a couple, the double chocolate chip and also the chocolate chip with my favorites! I would definitely order some of these cookies online and have them shipped to my home. Next time I'm in New York I'm definitely putting chip city on the must have list!

Went there tonight ordered 2 cookies , one normal and one thin ( which is suppose to be cheaper). He charged us more saw him input it in register , when confronted he knew what he did was wrong , we said just give us extra cookie to make it even and he did. Not sure if owner is telling him to over charge people or if he did it himself. Wouldn’t have known if we were not paying attention.

This is one of the best franchise cookie shops I've found in NYC. My favorite is definitely the triple chocolate cookie. The classic one is also great. I’d recommend the cream-filled one as well, but be warned, it's quite rich and you might find it hard to finish just one. Also, if you buy 3 cookies, there's a small 10% discount.

I've tried their cookies a few times, and I absolutely loved the lemon and raspberry ones. Their cookies are always fresh and warm, which I really appreciate. However, during my last couple of visits, most of the available flavors were chocolate-based. Since I’m not a huge fan of chocolate (I know, I'm in the minority), I ended up leaving without buying anything. I just wish they offered more variety beyond chocolate!
TLDR: that dark chocolate peanut butter cookie is ??
Came in and saw the price for one cookie is $5.50 so I wondered if it would be worth it… it so was! The cookie was crispy on the outside, gooey and soft on the inside. The cookie was fantastic mix of dark chocolate and peanut butter without being overly sweet. That’s a cookie I would 100% crave!

8:30 on a Saturday night only with one person working and out of everything but a few chocolate cookies. Seems like someone is on track to close up shop early! Don’t really know how a cookie place runs out of cookies but definitely not worth a trip over.

I love this location so much! Quaint, lovely staff, and of course the cookies are always amazing! My roommate and I order or visit 2-3 times a week. We can’t get enough!
i use to love having these cookies ever since they opened in manhattan and had only one store, but now i think the have franchised way to much and are losing the way the cookies use to be prepared. i no longer even see the cookies being stuffed anymore its more like the filling is just placed in the middle and the cooking banana pudding is horrible
