sad to see Chip commercialized now. Been coming here ever since 2019 and cant believe their decline and inconsistency. Cookies used to be gooey, soft, flavorful, and cost effective. Now that they are expanding their locations nationwide, their quality of food had flunked. The Cookies are HARD, over-baked, and inedible. ( and hella pricey ). This used to be a gem. Disappointing.

I just have to say, I absolutely love the manager here, Yukai! She always brings sunshine into my day, and it's just amazing. Oh, and don't even get me started on how delicious their chocolate chip is - it's pure bliss!

Personally it's a no for me. I've tried them a few times and I just can't get with it. The cookies from here are always hard, overbaked and dry with no flavor. The cookies that I bought that were suppose to be filled dried up on the inside and had almost no filling. Ever time I get their cookies I end up throwing them away. Definitely never going back again after giving them multiple chances.

Chip City is a fantastic place for a quick sweet treat. Great hours for later night visits and a great assortment of classic, thick cookies. Imagine the first deep breath upon walking in. Mmmm! Stop by today for friendly service.

Loved the cookies. I got the famous chocolate and peanut butter flavor and I will definitely be going back for more.

Extremely disappointed they didn't even serve ice cream..supposedly selected locations...advertising doesn't mentioned anything about that...other than that average cookie...had better in FL honestly...

Very nice people serving this place. Bought first time- it’s very sweet and definitely not for people who watching diet. This cooking has tons of sugar, don’t make an excuse saying that this is a cookie. I prefer to bake myself with less sugar- sorry but absolutely not healthy

Got the milk chocolate chip cookie and white chocolate Macadamia cookie. Both are delicious! Perfect for me.Whenever I am craving for sweet stuff, I will come to this place. The staff is friendly, chill and welcoming. My friends also like this place as well. They also can help to wrap a gift box for you if you request to do so.

Wow, I thought Insomnia had good cookies. I had been fooled my entire life. I think Insomina is the best cookie in ATL, and NYC has completely changed my perspective. My friend who lives near Queens was praising about this place so I was like "How good can a cookie be?"When we walked in, I was so shocked at the delightful smell that filled the place. The smell of sweet doughy goodness was absolutely amazing. Their cookies are $5 each, but don't be shocked at the high prices because it's absolutely worth it. The cookies are huge (I wish I had taken a photo because I was absolutely blown away!!) and they have flavors that rotate each day.We got one of each -- chocolate chip, cake sprinkles(that wasn't the actual name but I forget) and one more. The cookies were warm and it looked sooo good. My favorite was the one with the cake sprinkles. It was a sugar based cookie which sprinkles that were baked into the cookie and I am a huge fan of sugar cookies, if done right -- and they absolutely nailed it. I also really liked the chocolate chip, but that sugar cookie was just amazing. My friend said that the horchata cookie was his favorite, but they didn't have it that day, and I wish I had tried it! Can they please open a location in ATL?!?! Because this place is absolutely crazy and I definitely need more of it. If and when I'm back in Queens, I am definitely coming back here.
