Came to chipotle around 1pm on December 17, it was slow and I went to pick up my mobile order when I asked the cashier for a water cup she made a stank face and she rolled her eyes. She looked like she did not want to be there. The manager should tell their cashier to have a better attitude and respect.

Been going there for few years, I don’t like sodas so I usually get a small water cup, this is the first time this new girl Sarah was trying to charge me $4 for a water cup with my order and said no free water cup, it’s a policy, i started going to 3 other chipotle no issues over a water cup, Every single other employees are good at 82nd and never gave any issues over a water cup. Train new employees better please.

Keepin it real out here in Jackson Heights / Elmhurst Busy corner spot, everything is pretty average with this one, hot spot for local hospital workers etc. Can have a slight improvement with the service and food, but I get it, it's hectic cause of the area. Still a good choice if you only have $12 for lunch

I’ve had steak burritos at Chipotle for years and they use to be much better. The quality of the meat has gone way downhill. Every piece of steak of the few I got were chewy and more gristle and fat than any actual meat. Never ordering steak at chipotle again.

now this is Getting ridiculous, anytime I wanna get delivery from chipotle, which itself should be illegal because of the higher prices and the service charges and delivery charges and tipped us for the order not wrong, but not even up to standards after paying for all of that just to be handed a bag like I’m just picking it up at the store and paying extra for it much much much more at least 20 or 30% more and then they want me to Review only on the Chipotle app yeah no if all the things are said he needs to do is regulate these horrendous delivery fees if not meeting service advertising.
This place is our go to chipotle brunch .. the portion is big enough for the price.. the spicy chicken is so good… after eating from here I don’t like any other chipotle.. just this place .. sometimes the rice is alittle raw.. other than that.. nobody can beat the taste .. I love this place .. also the service is friendly and sweet people ..
