Portion size is smaller than any chipotle I’ve been to. I addressed it to the server and he was rude with his reply. I spoke with the cashier and she replied with that’s the right portion. I ordered with guac. I would have cancelled but the options at this time of the evening was already minimal.

Slow service. Dirty location. They’d rather talk to each other than help someone who is waiting to be served. 3-5 employees available only two customers in the store and it was 9:30ish pm everyone seems like they were preparing to close up soon (btw POSTED CLOSING TIME 11PM) . Hence no attention towards the customer. Never coming back here again. And no need to send me that generic website to get help. If they were serious enough they’d have trained them better. And the reviews here says a lot about the place as well.

I had a disappointing experience with the staff's behavior, which I found to be extremely rude. I ordered a regular Coke, but they opened a glass bottle Coke instead, which was more expensive. To make matters worse, the food was cold and presented in an unappetizing way. I won't be returning.

The worst chipotle service compare with the one in 34th st and wall st manhattan. I ordered a bowl and the guy with a tattoo in his arm just served the bowl like a kids meal , and don’t listen to customer instructions. No wonder this place have a bad reviews.

I always have a great experience at the Chipotle in Jackson Heights. The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming, making each visit feel easy and enjoyable. One thing I really appreciate about this location is the portion size. They are generous with their servings, making sure you get great value for what you pay. Whether it is a bowl, burrito, or tacos, they always pack it with care without skimping on the ingredients. If you are in the area and craving Chipotle, this spot will not disappoint.

Came in on a Friday Night trying to order a chicken bowl. Worker serves the guy in front of me turn around and says we are about to close at 9:53 (the store closes at 11 by the way)to a female coworker and refuses to acknowledge me. I have to yell at them that I’m trying to order food and then they turn around smiling and says he has to do his job. This young child should never be facing any sort of customer maybe scrubbing the toilets or something. I then ask for a Manager to tell them about my experience then I am directed to a guy near the register that gives me the wrong store number. I will also be filing a complaint and coming by everyday so that I can speak with management.
The food gave me a headache and doesn’t taste good just a bunch of salt

This was the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. The employees need better training in sanitation—it was extremely dirty! I visited on March 21 around 10:10 PM, The guy who prepare should do more training. The food fell onto the station, and instead of throwing it away, they picked it up that piece and put it back in my dish! completely unsanitary.!!!!!. On top of that, the service was terrible, and the staff seemed unhappy to be there.
