I haven’t gone back since the last time I went there which was like half a year ago. I ordered two bowls and two sodas was charged 45$. I’m thinking all this time chipotle put their prices up. I go to another chipotle it was 25$. I felt so scammed after this. The girl with a bun looked Dominican was giving me such a hard time I told her two glass cokes she said you mean two Mexican cokes? She was like 18. I know she didn’t just ask me (that completely ignored her)cause girl you know what I mean don’t try to correct me. If I go in and that girl is still working there I’m A asking for someone else to take my order or B walk to Chick-Fill-A.

This is my go to location when I'm craving chipotle. I sometimes do a pickup order, but sometimes I'll just order at the counter. Regardless of which method I choose, I'm happy with my meals and the customer service. I'm shocked at some of the other reviews because I've never had a bad bowl and the place is always clean and well stocked. Overall, I would continue visiting this location and would encourage others, who may have had a bad experience, to give this store a second chance.

I don’t know if it’s a store/franchise policy to be stingy with the meat and portions but it’s very unprofessional to argue with customers if they ask for a normal amount of meat. If I’m paying 20+ for a bowl or 10+ for a quesadilla don’t give me something that’s full of cheese and vegetables when I asked for a normal portion of food that I am entitled too if I’m spending that much. You are not losing anything as an employee by saving a multimillion dollar corporation a few ounces of meat. Matter of fact why don’t y’all get scales like a deli and weigh it out so nobody thinks they’re getting robbed at these insane prices

My daughter has ordered takeout several times now, she always orders the same thing, quesadillas and a burrito bowl. And what happens? You get home, you start eating it and how brave it is. Salty food, not all of us eat salty.I worked at Chipotle in 2018 and I was a preparer and at no time did we add salt, we only mixed the chicken or meat with that sauce they have there. ? .

Restaurant closes at 11 PM so I walk in at 10:30 and they serve the people in front of me the last of their steak and their chicken and then I was told there was nothing left to serve even though the restaurant was open for another 30 minutes. Complete laziness, nothing more than what is expected from chipotle workers.

Gotta do better, the guy that suppose to work the cash register tonight is half a sleep forgot to pack the food in the bag and I’m there standing in front of him waiting like a dummy until he realizes. The other part is that I ordered on the app for pick up and it wasn’t even made yet even thought app said it was ready. Mind you I’ve gotten sick 2 times from here

I went in today my 11 year old daughter order her own food the lady serving her was the oldest from the team and was basically rushing my daughter in her order she put tomato while asking her if she wanted tomato and my daughter told me when i was about to pay. I told the cashier and the lady instead of redoing it decided to blame my daughter saying she told me I actually heard her say cheese she kept speaking to her in spanish and English my daughter was confuse this chipotle really needs to start training their employees only because my daughter looks spanish doesnt mean she speaks it. I should of asked for a manager but I was in a rush if the employees don't have the patience to deal with customers why have them very disappointing I prefer going to another chipotle than this location

great location but food is horrible. the chicken literally tastes like it’s been there for days and i’ve learned that nothing in this place is EVER fresh… not even the guacamole.
