Love this chipotle but as I was giving lettuce to my dog I noticed a black thing and at first I just thought it was from clothes like the lint but it turned out to be a BUG! Please wash y’all lettuce thoroughly and with patience. This made me lose appetite.

Brown guacamole is not appetizing, and overall, it tasted too salty. This is rare from this location, I will say. What seems to remain the same is the negative attitude from the workers at front register. It’s such a convenient location, but I’ll have to try another location next time.

Usually really dig Chipotle but had a unique experience at this location that I’m hoping isn’t company-wide. I was told I couldn’t get extra…cheese? As in a little bit more than a few tablespoons. The employee told me he wasn’t able to give me more of anything otherwise they’d have to “charge me for it”. It’s possible to order this in the app for no added charge.
And when I did receive my burrito, it was quite literally the size and shape of a baseball. I feel scammed.

I had a coupon for Chipotle so I decided to give it a try. First time at this location and first time at Chipotle, in general.
I didn’t experience any of the issues that others mentioned. It wasn’t dirty. My order was completely correct with nothing missing. And the staff was very nice, no attitudes.
I did go in shortly after 11, which is when they first open. Maybe it gets more hectic as the day goes on. But my experience here was totally fine.
The ingredients were fresh and it tasted fine. Adequate amount of food.
Place was very dirty and cashier was nasty, terrible attitude trying to pick up a fight over where we should sit.

Came here at 8:02 PM on a Monday night to them to tell me they have no cheese, salsa, or guacamole. They are also so cheap with the portions of the protein, they act like it gets personally deducted from there check when literally every other place gives more. Idiocracy runs rampant here.

I was really disappointed with my experience at Chipotle at Astoria . The place was dirty, with napkins and spilled drinks all over the floor, and the tables hadn't been cleaned. It looked like no one had taken care of the dining area for a while. On top of that, the kids' meal had a very small amount of meat — not worth the price at all. Definitely not the quality I expected.
