I stop going because the food portion was miserable, today I went after a long time craving some chipotle…. I regret it, 15 bucks for a half empty plate, the beans were all dry, gave me less than a spoon of meat and and they didn’t have lettuce, my plate was already half empty, not going there ever again, I don’t even know how I paid for that, it was sad to say less

To have paid $27 for this bowl is highway robbery but sadly it was the only option at the time. I paid for extra carne asada & they charged 7.75 for it. This bowl was more lettuce than anything. All I’m feeling is regret and advise others to not come here. It’s not clean, messy, and downright gross. I remember when Chipotles were good but ever since the pandemic, they continue to spiral down. Absolutely horrible. Do not recommend at all.

When i asked for extra red spicy sauce the guy piled up like half of the plate with the red spicy sauce! With so much attitude!! Rude customer service! Just do your job properly if not they sould be fired. He was young guy and time was around 1pm lunch hour.

Love this chipotle but as I was giving lettuce to my dog I noticed a black thing and at first I just thought it was from clothes like the lint but it turned out to be a BUG! Please wash y’all lettuce thoroughly and with patience. This made me lose appetite.

Brown guacamole is not appetizing, and overall, it tasted too salty. This is rare from this location, I will say. What seems to remain the same is the negative attitude from the workers at front register. It’s such a convenient location, but I’ll have to try another location next time.

Usually really dig Chipotle but had a unique experience at this location that I’m hoping isn’t company-wide. I was told I couldn’t get extra…cheese? As in a little bit more than a few tablespoons. The employee told me he wasn’t able to give me more of anything otherwise they’d have to “charge me for it”. It’s possible to order this in the app for no added charge.
And when I did receive my burrito, it was quite literally the size and shape of a baseball. I feel scammed.

I had a coupon for Chipotle so I decided to give it a try. First time at this location and first time at Chipotle, in general.
I didn’t experience any of the issues that others mentioned. It wasn’t dirty. My order was completely correct with nothing missing. And the staff was very nice, no attitudes.
I did go in shortly after 11, which is when they first open. Maybe it gets more hectic as the day goes on. But my experience here was totally fine.
The ingredients were fresh and it tasted fine. Adequate amount of food.
