This Chipotle is one of the worst dining establishments I have ever patronized. I've been going here nearly a year, and put up with incorrect orders, rude employees, a dirty environment and having to beg the manager for a bottled soda when she didn't believe that the soda fountain was broken. The portion size of my last to go order was the final straw. I will never go to this Chipotle again. The employees intentionally ignore people waiting for pickup orders, even when they are not actively doing anything, but they will allow Uber eats and other delivery service drivers to sneak behind the counter and take orders without confirmation. Thankfully an awesome local establishment recently opened nearby with employees who actually want customers in their restaurant, so there is finally an alternative to this Chipotle.

I usually don't do reviews.. but the lady literally served me less then a scoop of protein, I told her if she could plz serve me a normal size order she keep on saying she couldn't add any more.. 😑.. I just had no walk out 🤦♂️

Super unwelcoming. We came in and were immediately told that they are closing soon (30 min before closing) and the worker had a massive attitude. Her name is Isabella and she slammed the food down, rolled her eyes, and verbally berated my friend as he was trying to scan his reward. “Are you going to scan it at the right machine?!!” Her words bc she assumed he was already paying instead of scanning the rewards. Didn’t feel like arguing w a worker at chipotle so here’s this review hopefully something is done about this.

This is my 3rd time trying this location and I will not be coming to this location again! I ordered chips with my guacamole and the bag of chips had about 10 chips in it! The guacamole was turning brown! Let's get it together Chipotle! Someone from corporate needs to come in and fix this place and service up! I love the location on Steinway Street which is not far. Their service would put this location to shame!

This place needs new MANAGEMENT this is a great area to have a terrible Chipotle brunch. Also, stop hiring young adults who don't have manners. The customer service is terrible they give you attitude and doesn't care about their JOB! Will never eat here again.

This chipotle location always smells awful like moisture and trash, the guac is almost always brown or turning brown. And the ingredients are not fresh whatsoever, the steak tasted like chemicals. I love chipotle but this location sucks!
It looks like people hate work there, the crews members are so rude!!! And even more the girl who is the manager, she’s the worst tbh if what to be a manager u must be more kindly and polite with your customers. I recommend for you all in Astoria Blvd at Steinway st… More organized, friendly people. Very disappointed
