Notorious for messing up orders that come through the app. I think about half the time it seems as if my order never "came through" even though I've seen the printed order on a stack of unfilled orders. Idk if they confused with all the incoming orders and end up mixing things up but it's unacceptable that this has become a regular occurrence. Staff members are also not helpful in remediating the situation.

I wouldn’t trust eating from here. Me and my friend went there to grab a quick bite and as my friend went to pick and dig into her food she found a piece of metal in her lettuce. That is very unsafe, and uncalled for, please make sure to look deep into your food and watch closely as they’re making it

No one at the register for several minutes. The person on the line wouldn’t ring anyone up, instead just calling into the back numerous times. Bathroom code on the receipt doesn’t even open the bathroom.

I’ve been craving Chipotle for a while, haven’t had it in over a year. I saw the bad reviews but this was the closest one. When I walked in it was empty which should have been my clue to leave. I got a burrito, it looked good while it was being made so I wasn’t worried. I got to my car to eat it and it was super cold, the steak was dry, and the rice was swimming in the corn water because he didn’t drain it. Don’t waste your money here.

This was my second time trying this location in hopes it would be better the second time around. I love chipotle, but this is the worst location I have ever seen. The man serving the food both times was straight up rude- I actually have no idea how someone can be employed with this behavior. The food was literally cold and the chicken was tiny broken up pieces from the bottom of the batch. I noticed the garbage on my way out was overflowing almost onto the floor. The meal was barely edible, so I spent $20 to have only a few bites. The gym is right next door, so I should be a great quick meal by the train, but I will not be returning.

Service was fast and neat. Rawan was clean organized and fast with taking orders and moving on to the next customer in the blink of an eye. Her work area was so clean compared to other chipotles I’ve been to, especially with how fast she was getting the orders done. Shot out to her. Store was extremely clean over all even though they were very busy. 1st time to this location but I will be back as it stood out from others. Will be a regular in the rotation now.

The cashier tried to upsell me before I was finished ordering my meal and I didn't even know what she said. I'll continue trying to avoid this place except as a final resort. All the workers laughed when I walked away. They said something rude about me I couldn't make out. I think they were bored because there was no activity today.

My first time in this location and there were some pro’s & con’s. The pro’s are the small amount of people when I went inside & the cleanliness of the restaurant. Lots of teamwork with the staff which is always needed! The con’s were the lack of salt in the chips and the avocado. Didn’t taste the same like it usually does! The limited time carne asada was great thankfully. Sadly when I cut my burrito in half there wasn’t enough chicken or meat like I had asked for. I luckily used my rewards to get the avocado for free but I regret it since it sucked! The bathroom garbage was stacked with paper & the receipt PIN numbers do not work for the door so now you have to ask an employee for a code. Also weirdly around 2pm an employee was telling any people 18 years and under have to leave. I didn’t know why but teenagers do get loud and rowdy at times and don’t know how to act at times so it worked in my favor while enjoying my lunch.
