This is my first time coming to this location and it was okay. It's a pretty large spot, but area that they were using to prep the food it was kind of dirty. They seemed a little bit rushy, so some food got in other containers. The only thing that I noticed was that there wasn't much sauces by the drinks. Other than that it was fine

This location has got to be my favorite hands down. Every other chipotle in queens is always chaotic and messy. They keep their utensil area super organized and clean. The atmosphere is extremely calm and the workers here are very polite. It’s a good change of environment considering it’s in the most dirtiest neighborhood.

I order take-out from a variety of Chipotle locations while at work as I am in different areas often. I always grab a chicken burrito bowl and get the tortilla chips to bring home to my fiancee. When working in this neighborhood and ordering from here, this location is always on point, clean, well stocked with napkins, forks/spoons, Tabasco & run efficiently! This accounts for a lot, in my opinion, and the staff here deserves their praise for a job well done.
My recent visit to the Chipotle on Northern Blvd has left me with no choice but to write this review.
Firstly, the chicken at this location is routinely poorly prepped, often leading to large chunks of inedible, disgusting 🤢 gristle. While that’s bad enough, today’s visit was the tipping point for me. After waiting ten minutes in line, the store employee informed me they were out of white rice, pico de gallo, and steak, among other ingredients. To make matters worse, the chicken looked dried out, as if it had been sitting in the warmer for hours.
To add insult to injury, no discount was offered despite not getting a complete meal or the meal we came in to order. It’s hard to recommend this Chipotle. The only reason I might return is because it’s within walking distance.

The Chipotle food is good, but in this establishment they give very bad portions, especially in the meats, I ordered chicken and it was almost no meat, very bad in other places they serve the normal, I think there is a robbery in that place

They served me the least they could. Every scoop they were giving me they would shake out 1/4 before putting it in. I asked for just a little more chicken not extra but just can I get a full scoop of chicken and they charged me 4$ more
