I visited Chipotle on Wednesday at around 11:20 AM, and I had a very disappointing experience with the morning staff. There were two women working, and one of them – a Black woman with a tattoo on her arm that started with “44” – was extremely unprofessional.
When I approached the counter, she was busy on her phone. She looked up, told me to “wait,” and then went right back to using her phone before finally starting my bowl. While I was giving my order, she suddenly stopped listening to me and took someone else instead, leaving me standing there. The whole time she kept making annoyed, frowned-face expressions toward me, but when a customer she seemed familiar or comfortable with came in, her attitude changed completely and she acted respectful and friendly.
I had asked for a tortilla at the very beginning, and when it was time to pay, it still wasn’t there. When I asked about it, her response was an eye-roll and a loud “oh my god,” which felt very rude and unnecessary.
Overall, this was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had at Chipotle. Staff should treat every customer with respect, not ignore them, show attitude, or play with their phone on the job. I hope management addresses this, because no customer should be made to feel uncomfortable, targeted, or dismissed.

The most ratchet establishment I’ve ever been to. Everyone was cursing. They don’t greet you and act as if you’re bothering them when wanting to order. And the manager is just as ratchet. Avoid this place at all cost.

This is the worseeeeeeee chiptole ever!! They can never get an order right, I just ordered on ubereats three items are missing that I paid for so now im eating a taco with only sour cream and cheese! Atp I think they hire people that cannot read and comprehend because no way the order is always wrong and I mean always! I work in the Er and everytime my co workers ordered there they be so upset so they stopped. Im never buying from that Chipotle again. If u thinking about buying food from there dont, save yourself headache

I’ve honestly never experienced such poor service in my life. The staff were extremely rude — it was hard to believe how they behaved. I had been waiting patiently for my order, and after about ten minutes I politely asked if it was ready. Instead of responding nicely, their attitude was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I was truly disappointed with the way they treated customers.

Whoever was working the online orders and cashier around 4:40pm-4:50pm Monday October 6 both those lady’s need to be fired!! Every time I’m come they have an attitude!! I got the new carne asada and the lady at the cashier charge me for chicken!! Any other person would walk out with that mistake but I called it out and the two lady’s tried to give me a refund and make me repay for the original price
But the lady doing the online orders in the back started getting rude want wanted to charge me extra saying I got queso when I got sour cream on the side with the carne asada and that’s not extra!!
I was calmly correcting her but she got rude and told me to “calm down I know how to do my job” when she the one giving attitude and was about to charge me extra for something I didn’t get!!
Keep in mind they messed up and charged me for chicken!!! I was just correcting her and she was getting rude acting like she knew what she was doing so confidently!!!
I’d never want someone to get fired but it’s almost been a year now since going to that location and every time I go it’s the same girls there that give attitude!! I know it’s a low income area and we have homeless problem around there and people can be harsh but I promise you no one was being rude to them these girls always have an attitude for no apparent reason!!
Check your cameras whoever those two lady’s working on Monday October 6th around 4:40pm-4:50pm gotta go they always have an attitude problem and it’s disgusting at this point

I had to walk to the other chipotle location on Jamaica Ave and ask for cheese and the manager at that location was so nice and instantly gave it to me for free with a smile on her face!!! Unlike this location where they all wanna be nasty!!

The worst experience, I ever had. The staff are rude and reluctant and can't even take an order properly. I have a sickly child and wrote down the order details and they just threw out the paper without regard and gave me the wrong food. On top of it the server was denying that it was the wrong order. They don't even have a notice to inform the customer that it's card only and no cash is being accepted. The place was dirty, overcrowded, and was not even worth giving my business to. I would never set foot inside their establishment ever again.
