The waiter didn't work seriously. I asked for chicken, but she didn't give me chicken. I went back and told them that I wanted to add chicken, and then Samantha m soto was very cold to the customer, with no enthusiasm for service and dismissive attitude. It was a very bad experience. I said I would complain, and she confidently handed me her business card!

The staff here is extremely unattentive and rude to the patrons of the establishment. This location is more of a loafing hangout for the college-aged staff than a restaurant, sad to say. The food quality is hit or miss, I just had undercooked rice mixed with well-cooked rice, pick-up orders are never on the shelf, and when you try to get an employee for your order, they have an attitude about it. Ridiculous.

I had a disappointing experience with the cashier, Fabiola. I ordered a double chicken and regular chicken bowl with a side of guacamole. It seemed she didn’t hear me ask for the guacamole, so it wasn’t charged. When another employee handed me the guacamole, Fabiola immediately asked if I had ordered it and stared at me in a way that felt extremely uncomfortable. At that point, I realized she hadn’t charged me for the guac but instead of apologizing or addressing it politely, she just kept giving me a nasty look, as if I was trying to scam her. It was an uncomfortable situation that could’ve been handled much better. I even offered to pay for the guacamole without any issue, but her attitude really left a bad impression. Mistakes happen, but there’s no need for rudeness.

When i didn’t even get to order these teens were being rude looking and staring at me and i went in Halloween that time and a guy in a Spiderman costume said happy Halloween be mommy and too dirty!

I got a bowl from here and I received half of a bowl. There were no beans. I paid for extra chicken and they gave me one scoop only. Not satisfied at all.

i came here for the $6 boorito deal and got an entire entree for $6 with brisket which was supposed to be $16.50! Line moved pretty fast for halloween day and it was pretty good portion of meat rice and cheese! Worth the wait food tasted great as well and the workers were nice as well!
