I’m really disappointed with how inconsistent the portions were. I ordered a chicken bowl with added guacamole and sour cream, plus a Coca-Cola, and the portions were extremely small. I could literally count the pieces of chicken — only 14 tiny pieces. It was almost amusing how little they gave me.
The person serving the food had a forced smile and used just the very tip of the spoon to give the smallest amount possible. And for almost $20, it wasn’t even worth half of that. This will be the last time I visit this location.

The experience during my recent visit was disappointing due to severely under-portioned ingredients. I ordered a standard bowl with rice and chicken, but the amounts provided were noticeably small. Even after the rice was added, the bottom of the bowl was still clearly visible through the thin layer. As for the main protein, there were only an estimated 5 to 7 small pieces of chicken, which felt completely inadequate for a meal. The portions were so far below expected standards that I ultimately chose not to proceed with the order. I informed the staff that the portion sizes did not meet my expectations, apologized for the inconvenience, and left without completing the purchase. Consistency and value need significant improvement.

I had to walk out because I didn’t find the right portions. The portion was extremely too low where they put a rice and I can still see the bottom side of the ball and I requested to put a little bit more. They said no this is a standard size

Smallest servings possible. They count the rice grains like they’re serving you fine caviar. My burrito bowl was filled only halfway :( also the restaurant has no wifi so don’t try to work from here

I was in and out But Unfortunately I went Back A Second Time And The Server I Had I was Dissatisfied with she Gave me 1 small Scoop of Rice 1 small Scoop of Chicken No Beans and She Scraped the Bottom Of The Container For Sour Cream I wasn’t Satisfied At All

Literally the most coolest and chill worker in there good chipotle too. Everything was fresh chicken was good was happy with it portions good too.

The workers need to perk it up or tone it down for some they can't seem to get that sweet spot of caring the way it comes to a customer not just slopped on and keep it moving; have some quality of your food prep I see corn in the sour cream cone guys you got this no more sloppy food prep areas as well.
