Not a good Chipotle. By 7 their food is already dead and they don’t put anymore out. I’m always at Home Depot for something and I had hoped this was going to be a good spot for a quick dinner. Nope. The meats are always dry. They look like they’ve been out all day. They skimp on ingredients even if you forgo others. It’s always cold - even the hot ingredients. Rice is always done to being burnt. It’s a waste of $$$. You can easily go over to a good restaurant in Woodside or Sunnyside and spend the same money on a take out dish of quality. Not worth the money here. Today is 7/8/25 7:45 pm. They’re out of chopped tomatoes, plain chicken ANNNNDDDD WHITE RICE!!! Girl gets mad when I said “forget it”!!! I’ll bet this dump closes by the end of the year. They seriously do not care. We tried about two weeks ago and they were out of BOWLs!!! How does that happen?

I came to this store today, it is June 26th, 2025. This my chipotle current store, so the register machine was broken, it doesn’t work. One of the guys - A really nice one - He informed me that it was necessary to order online. I did, and the Girl who was in charge in doing the online order - Let me describe her: white (nothing against racial profiling), wearing glasses, black her,- She made my order and then because the beverage machines has been broken for several months before and it didnot have ice , I decided to asked her for ice cubes. She showed me a really rude attitude, the way that she grabbed my cup and her whole behavior was like - Oh my goodness- Therefore, my question is: Am I client ? It is not my fault that sometimes the beverage machine is working producing ice cubs and another times it doesn’t… I asked her softly and nicely, Why she needs to get at me ? It is not my fault, and the store was not busy… I told to the guy who told me that I need to order online - He said: Do not take it personal - We are busy… Sorry, I am not taking personal, I went there just to eat my lunch, and regardless any problem of the store- Do I need to get that employee’s attitude? I do not think so… and whoever is the manager of this store - Can you be shore that all whiting this location can be operating effectively please, thanks you

They're getting worse and worse with the portions. You can barely see the chicken pieces while eating. Also, not even a full spoon of rice. A rip off. The young ladies prepiring the food don't care about customer experience. Someone needs to tell them that without us, they don't have a job!
ordered from chipotle yesterday, a bowl with chicken white rice sour cream cheese lettuce veggies and guac and spent the entire night throwing it up afterwards because i got food poisoning from this location. please stop eating this food.

I am a vegetarian with an avocado allergy. I was given two tiny scoops of rice in my burrito bowl. I asked for more rice, and I received a huff and a puff from the server who then gave me an additional tiny scoop of rice. If I do not eat meat, then rice is the sustenance in a veggie bowl people. Like come on...RIDICULOUS.

First time coming here and I’m absolutely happy with the amount of portions for food we got, my husband burrito was super filled up. without us asking for more. Food was fresh, nothing was stale or off! Definitely will be back soon.
