BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION! IT IS HORRIBLE. The food is often served cold, portion sizes are inconsistent, and the service has been extremely unprofessional. It’s disappointing to see these type of issues in an our community. Sunnyside is filled with small business restaurants striving to serve us with quality. AVOID THIS PLACE.

8:45pm on a Thursday where you close at 10pm. Most food relatively cold. NO guacamole, NO fajita, NO LETTUCE?!? Then… all the fork slots are filled with spoons.

That was the worst steak/carne asada or etc that was I’ve ever had. That wasn’t food. Lettuce looked sad and abused. I wish the staff the best of luck because their management sucks

First & last time here, very dirty, trash everywhere when getting Utensils, napkins, at the drink station. Forgot to include items to my order when I asked from the start, therefore I had to pay again. & Had to take extra napkins because when preparing the bowl container I think they thought I would like the food on the top of my lid and not under the lid.

I ordered a chicken bowl for takeout and realized afterward that there was a slice of beef in it, which I accidentally ate. I am Hindu and have never eaten beef in my life. This is completely unacceptable. I will never return to Chipotle again, and I urge you to be more considerate.
I also tried calling the store to discuss this, but the automated phone system would not let me through, and out of frustration, I had to hang up.
I originally posted this review a month ago under my work email by mistake, but I am reposting it here under my personal account because this issue is very important to me. Unfortunately, I still haven’t heard back from Chipotle.

Portion is so small that I thought it is a kid meal. I was told there will be extra charges when I asked for more beans.
Very disappointed why every time I go it's a different price for the same exact thing I get I'm not understanding !!! Also the staff are horrible and rude do better chipotle I don't understand why you hire people who hate there jobs and are so nasty to us the customers !!! This needs to be investigated

The girl with a blue pimple patch star on her face has a nasty attitude complaining under her breath and saying rhetorical question as if the person is stupid. Makes you not want to spend your money there. I don’t expect much from a fast food restaurant but no matter what any one is going through that doesn’t give the right for an employee to act the way she act. Say what you want in your head and if you want to say it out loud then say it with your chest.
