The waiter we had was very unfriendly.He also spoke no english.My daughter went to pay our bill in cash and the lady purposely did not give her the change as it was only 75 cents.After not giving us the change which is illegal not to, while we were still finishing up another lady came up to me saying the tip was separate but we hadnt left yet.Very greedy and rude.We will not be returning at all.

I really don't like to give negative reviews, but this time I just gotta do it. The food wasn't fresh. The lamb had the weirdest smell, it was soaked in a special solution to eliminate the spoiling smell. Few years ago(last time I was there) it was one of the greatest Chinese food in the area. So disappointing.

This location was once among the top spots in Queens for Chinese cuisine and remains quite good today. However, the service has declined, especially after the recent price increase. Perhaps the owners should instruct the staff that tips- whether 14% or 15%- are simply gratuities based on service quality and attention. Staff should refrain from shouting at customers or demanding higher tips, and should not ask for cash tips while other diners are present. Such behavior is disrespectful and unprofessional, and it tarnishes this establishment's reputation.

They treat you like they’re making you a favor as if they don’t charge enough. The food is horrible. The price is outrageous. They make you feel like shit. This place is disgusting. They never answer the phone. They should just go out of business or sell it to somebody who cares about their customers who cares about customer appreciation who cares about customer service or what it is to give a customers a good experience in their place absolutely horrible I would never ever come back here ever again. Food was not even good, came out cold. Way overpriced. The servers come to you and tell you that the tip you gave them is not enough. I tipped 10% they brought out 2 plates for me and still want more. Forced me to tip double. Very unprofessional and rude.
DON’T GO there food is HORRIBLE, smells like chemicals. But today as I bit the food something crunched and I spit it out. It saw a COCKROACH. Thank you, now I know what cockroach tastes like! Horrible experience. We will never go back. Everything was thrown in the garbage.

I came with my Jewish work colleagues to celebrate. As a chinese person, I would say this food is not very good. However, this is Americanized chinese food for a kosher clientele and it is as good as it comes from that perspective. I give them five stars for deliverying what is advertised. I will not rate low for doing something they do not advertise to be.
