My son loves this place!!
Terrible service, food and management. I asked for assistance with my child’s ”game card and was met with less then a couple words of their scripted garbage . Never taking my kids here or to any Chuck E. Cheese location. I can see why these stores are dying. Moving my daughter birthday party from this joke to Dave n Busters, better games and food that is actually meant for human consumption.

The kids had fun playing games, eating pizza, and jumping in the trampoline area. Chucky Cheese is definitely for children. You must keep an eye on your children. The video games can sometimes obstruct your eye view. That It why I gave four stars. In addition, it can become pricey adding food, games, and access to trampoline area. Otherwise, children seem to enjoy their time here. There is also a photo booth to take pictures that the kids love!!

I came in with my little on a day where adventure zone was supposed to be free. I got there midday and there was only 2 staff working which meant they couldn’t open adventure zone. I asked if I could just walk thru the place with my little just to see what they offered and the staff allowed us to. There happened to be 2 schools with children there during this time so my son was able to play some games and ride some rides thanks to their generosity. However the adventure zone was very small. It’s a decent place for kids but definitely not what I remembered from when my dad used to take me. I’m not sure I would pay to play at this location. It felt more geared towards older kids that can play arcade games.

I had my daughter’s 3rd bday here at this location and I was very pleased with the service. The person who attended my party was very helpful and always around , At the end of the party a manager came up to me and asked me for some feedback on the Guy who helped me. This was almost 3 years ago, so I don’t remember the name of my server. All I know is that he made my daughter’s party run smooth and easy. I’ve been to other Chuck-E- Cheese for birthday parties and by far this is the one location I would recommend to friends and families. Now they have a trampoline and my daughters loves it! We go from time to time early morning to avoid the crowds.

The way that I was treated here Was very upsetting Stephanie the manager was very unhelpful and very quick to keep telling us know instead of giving us ways to help us. My fiancé pays a membership monthly and we have the bronze package and everything is under his name and when I provided her the play card, she asked me that that wouldn’t work. She needs a QR code when I provided her the QR code that my fiancé sent me we were told. There was no membership under that QR code when I asked her if I can provide a phone number with photo ID she said no, and I had to figure out ways to prove to her that our play card was valid, but we had kept given the answer, no we are paying customers, and this experience was very upsetting. I felt like I was being picked on Instead of giving us alternative ways so that my daughter can enjoy the membership that we pay for monthly we just were being denied basically being told that my fiancé has to be with us even though we provided all the proof needed to enter. She was very unprofessional at one point she laughed at me so we will never be going to Chuck E. Cheese from this point on

The entire staff is amazing, but my special thanks go to Stephanie and Maleek. They go above and beyond to make sure my son (who is in the spectrum) feels comfortable and safe … as well as mom. From birthdays to every day visits they get a 10 out of 10 all the time

The pizza here is THE BEST!!! I would come back here just for that. Do not come here on a weekend if you don't want to be around a lot of kids running around and having fun lol. It does get a bit crazy 🤪

If you haven’t been to a Chuck E. Cheese for a handful of years please lower your expectations down to zero before going here. Let’s just say server told me to grab a napkin and clean my own table when I asked if someone could kindly clean the vacant (but dirty with plates and garbage) table closest to the toddler games for my niece and I. Over priced, tiny location. Simply unpleasant never again- spent $90 to be in there for about 30 minutes. Pretty ghetto I’d say is the best term for lack of better words.
