I want to say a huge thank you to Sam at Cinnabon Carvel for the beautiful cake for my grandma! She absolutely loved it. The cake was perfect, and the service was just as amazing. I absolutely love this Cinnabon/carvel. They are always so nice. And anytime there’s a concern the owner Ro, handles it right away. She’s super nice & attentive. The first day I met her didn’t even know she was the owner she went above & beyond to make sure I got the perfect cake. The store is always clean. I 10/10 recommend.

Pregnant with severe cravings!!! I order a large chocolate soft serve ice cream with chocolate sprinkles. A lady named Arti told me to try a Cinnabon. I was like throw it in the bag along side an extra icing! It was heavenly!!!!

My family and i visited Cinnabon carvel on this said location which i learnt is a Guyanese owned. We were served by Arti she has a pleasant personality,she's a jolly staff. The environment is very clean and comfortable also it's spacious. We had their ice cream in different flavors but i chosen the vanilla flavor for myself which i love it's so creamy and smooth that you wanted more also i had their customized ice cream cake which also are delicious too, most of all none of it are not too sweet. I recommend others to go get their treats at this location on Hillside Ave.
