I order soft serve pistachio ice cream via DoorDash and I got pistachio ice cream but it’s definitely not soft serve! I don’t know if these people think I wouldn’t know the difference, if I wanted to order regular ice cream from the ice cream jars I would of gotten that but I definitely won’t be buying from here again , my first and last time ordering from here!!

Visited Carvel last Saturday night for a last-minute cake and was impressed by the exceptional service. The staff was incredibly helpful, customizing the cake with personalized lettering and sprinkles. They were kind and patient, making the experience stress-free. The cake was delicious and a big hit at the event. Highly recommend and will definitely return!

I passed this location before, but I was too full to try it. Came here for dessert after a late lunch. The location is very spacious and clean. As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted by the yummy cinnamon roll scent. It was Wednesday, so they had a buy one get on free sundae deal. From the looks of it everyday they have a different special. We got a couple of sundaes and a minibon. Everything was great, the woman behind the counter was very sweet. It was a great treat on a super hot day!

I live near this location. I love coming here. Always a good selection and variety of ice cream and ice cream products. The Cinnabon is a plus too. You can also get hot coffee and hot cocoa no matter the season. The staff is always professional and helpful. I hope this location remains here for long time. It is a refreshing spot anytime of year.
