Amazing experience on a Saturday morning I needed a good meal. The food was great, cooked well and very filling but the best experience was the cashier who was very informative and even shared samples to help me make my decision. That brief interaction made the dining experience much better.
I would highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

Customer service is great, unlike a fast food restaurant. Though it’s not a sit in place, they treat you like you are going to stay and eat—warm, the women are personable and nice. They are always willing to give you something extra from treats or available food if they mess up your order or don’t have something you want. Their food quality is consistent and taste good! I do not like restaurants that have food that taste different depending on the day or time you go! They don’t have that issues here. Glad to enjoy some of their food, fruit drinks and desserts!
Kid-friendliness: Yes, monitor your kids so they don’t get close to the hot dishes.

honestly, I’ve been going here for a year now and the food is always and i mean always up to perfect standard! I’ve fallen in-love with the food and i literally crave it occasionally😂. Their macaroni salad and mac &’ cheese is a go 2 for me. not to mention, customer servicing is amazinggg. I can literally start conversations with the cook and server and they never gave me nasty looks/rude commentary. If i had to go to one place that serves food for the rest of my life then this would be it!! Also special shoutout to Tamara &’ Danisha!!, They always make sure I am very satisfied with my food needs and both continuously gives me friendly vibes😁

I'm more annoyed than anything. Ordered an $11 plate of what was supposed to be ackee and saltfish with provisons. Instead I got FOUR HUGE size boiled dumplings and a tablespoon...YES A TABLESPOON.... of ackee and saltfish. The plate was heavy from the dumplings alone. There was barely any ackee and saltfish in the plate at all. A waste of money

I usually go to the Utica Ave location in Brooklyn but recently found out about this location. The curry goat with rice and peas is a must try. Also, make sure to ask for the natural juices, i recommend trying the pineapple ginger. The Guyanese young lady behind the counter is great, always a smile and creates a welcoming atmosphere. This place is definitely on my weekly food stop.
The food was disgusting and salty you could kill people with how salty that curry goat was I had to throw it away be careful

CNJ’s jerk chicken is disgusting ; It taste like charcoal. The Rasta pasta was very dry and bland. The macaroni was a bit sweet unwelcoming, and the spices are very overwhelming. If you would like to have bad food this is the perfect place.

The presentation of the dishes does not look sanitary( the food was out in the open and the dishes appeared dry.
I ordered fish and white rice. but the vegetables on the fish were so spicy, one can barely eat the food; there was no warning about the food being that spicy. I had a stomach pain when I got home.
Service was bad. The server took her time to serve people. The place is located by a bus stop, so with service bing this slow, one can get a ticket in a matter of seconds.
